Very clean and the staff was amazing.

Overall, the experience in the hotel was excellent. Specially the staff, they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We are grateful for that.

The breakfast is a little better than a basic continental breakfast. Coffee was great too. The air-conditioning is perfecto. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to anything you may need during your stay

Breakfast

We found our room at this hotel to be basic but clean. It was fine since not a lot of time was spent in our room anyway. Very relaxed atmosphere & a basic continental breakfast was included, although the fruit was very good & fresh. LaVeleta is a great area of Tulum, close to the center with many shopping options, but quieter & many more affordable food options than other areas of Tulum that we have stayed in. There are 3 refreshing swimming pool options. We enjoyed our brief stay, but would choose a larger room option for stays beyond a couple of days. This is actually a larger boutique hotel & although we did not see other rooms, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again trusting the value would be just as good.

No hacen cambio de sábanas , use la misma por 4 días , el hinodoro incómodo en mal estado , golpe a heces y cañería sucia , ruido extremo , inseguro , la puerta del balcón. La encontré sin seguro, uno de las almohadas estaba con marcas de algún fluido lucia desagradable

Very eclectic hotel , very cool vibe. Lots of food and drinks within walking distance. Pools were great people were friendly.
