受付係は役に立ちません。対応が遅いです。スーペリアルームを選択しましたが、大人2人には狭く、居心地が悪かったです。滞在/休暇やサービスには価値がありません。

I like this hotel. Staff are accommodating, polite. The only concern I have is, my room has a cockroach. That's the low down.

Room was clean enough but space seems to be too small for a double occupancy. Some parts of the hotel smell musty. Wifi was not working in the rooms for the whole duration of my stay. Receptionist said the hotel is in the process of fixing the Wifi problem--something about faulty equipment. There is Wifi in the lobby area but the Wifi problem should have been disclosed instead of misleading guests when booking by claiming that there is Wifi in the rooms. It was already too late and too inconvenient to have to request for a refund and find alternate bookings by the time the Wifi issue was brought up. It would also have been nice if the Security Guard or any of the Hotel staff in the lobby could have assisted in hailing transportation instead of leaving guests to do so on their own. Food from the adjoining Cafe was good.
