Lovely old colonial area hotel. Everything works (heat, hot water, gym etc) but it’s just a bit dated. Excellent service. Grounds are beautiful. Great detail to security.

The food they served was pretty average

The hotel was overall a good place to stay with comfortable amenities, but I did encounter some bats and mosquitoes during my visit. This was concerning enough that I decided to check out earlier than planned. While the stay was pleasant, the presence of these pests impacted my experience.

Beautiful rooms in a former palace. The grounds and buildings are lovely. The service is very good. The breakfast buffet is not as good as similar hotels in larger cities, but still very good. The a la carte menu is better than the evening dinner buffet. Over all, a great experience.

I LOVED THE HOSPITALITY OF THE PEOPLE OF SWAT, AND STAFF OF SERENA WAS THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. YOU WILL JUST HAVE A RESPONSE AS "YES" FOR EVERYTHING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEW COUPLES FOR A PEACEFUL QUALITY TIME WITH BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT AND SUCH FRIENDLY PEOPLE AROUND.
