総合評価とレビュー Hotel 5 de Mayo

I have stayed at many hotels in Puebla and this one is unquestionably the worst. I chose it because it had a gym and breakfast. Not one piece of equipment worked. Nor did the internet in the room. The pillows are so hard and thick they’d make better sofa cushions. And then there was the smell. According to friends in Puebla, hotel is built over a large sewer drainage pipe. The H2S smell in the bathroom (and the rest of the room) was overpowering. I complained multiple times. To their credit, they sent someone to try to fix it but there was nothing to be done. They wouldn’t switch my room (although not sure this would have helped). There are FAR better hotels here for the price. I have no idea why this hotel gets such great reviews. Makes me not trust this app. The staff was friendly at least.

I had a terrible experience booking through Hotel.com. I made a confirmed reservation for a family member at Hotel 5 de Mayo in Puebla, Mexico, and when they arrived, they were told there were no rooms available, despite showing the confirmation. No one took responsibility, and my family was left without a place to stay. Hotel.com offered no real help or solution. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be using this service again. Very unreliable.

Excellent hôtel et à très bon prix

Excelente opción si estarás visitando lugares cerca del centro histórico, puedes llegar en metrobús El personal en recepción es muy amable y atento Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cama es muy cómoda. La ropa de cama es muy agradable al tacto y todo súper limpio. Solo unos detallitos en el piso como polvo pero nada que impida que disfrutes tu estancia. Vi que tienen alberca aunque no pude verla La television tiene una amplia variedad de canales Tienen wifi con buena señal El baño es muy bonito y el agua caliente en su punto Definitivamente por el precio lo recomiendo muchísimo como gran opción si tu presupuesto es justo y eres un tanto exigente con las habitaciones de hotel

Es mi segunda vez hospedándome en este hotel y no tengo queja alguna Una excelente opción para descansar Puedes llegar en metrobús y caminar solo unos metros para llegar a pie Personal de recepción muy amable y tienes desayuno gratis con opciones variadas Por el precio lo recomiendo muchísimo

Todo estuvo bien, solo que el control del aire acondicionado no tenia pilas y al aire le prendia y apagaba una luz roja todo el tiempo.
