レストランに行って入り口で、どうしたら良いかわからず困っていたところ、どうやら朝食が付いていないプランで予約をしていたらしい。 英語が話せない私たちは最終的に翻訳機でヒンディー語で話してもらった。 そしたら汚い言葉で罵られていた。 最悪な気分で立ち去った。 もう二度と使わない。

テレビ、冷蔵庫あり大変助かりました。

シャワーがお湯が出ませんでした。

場所はメインバザールの中心にある為、どこへ行くにも大変便利だった。フロントはインド風だが、部屋は広く清潔で熱いお湯もたっぷり使えてすごく快適だった。ただ残念だったのは朝食が貧相だったのと、リノベーションしていたのかほとんど1日中騒音（夜中も）がひどかったこと。でもコストパフォーマンスはすごく良かったと思う。

ニューデリー駅からメインバザールをまっすぐ歩けば必ず見つけられる立地の良さ、インドではまだ多く見かけないカードキーの客室管理、オープンエアーのレストランが気に入りました。24時間対応でレストランから水や料理をもってきてくれるサービスの良さでこの値段なら納得。周辺のゲストハウスと比較すれば値は張りますが、快適に過ごしたいなら少しだけお金を出してここに宿泊も悪くないです！

Le service etait impeccable. Aucun mot a dire pour le prix payé. Ca fait environ 10 ans que je vais a cet hotel. J'ai toujours eu un excellent service, spécialement de Monum, le responsable de nuit.

Value for money accommodation in a central area with very helpful staff members. The room proved to be very comfortable with good amenities including hot water The in-house restaurant served a wide range of foods of various types in pleasant surroundings.

Quarto relativamente limpo, considerando que o prédio é bem antigo. Funcionários muito prestativos, local próximo a comércios, restaurantes, porém mais distante de old Deli. O restaurante é incrível! Único problema foi que o quarto que fiquei não tinha janela.

Hotel localizado numa região de bastante comércio e de fácil acesso. Hotel limpo, café da manhã bom e com atendentes educados.

Perfect location

Pros I liked the location and rooftop restaurants near by. The hotel has a cafe /restaurant with a balcony , and although the service was hit and miss I enjoyed sitting in this space. Day trips were easy to organise through the hotel. I found the hotel quiet and safe Cons I believe the hotel has a serious issue with airflow and damp in the rooms. I had read reviews on this previously but it was almost unbearable on my stay. There is also no air conditioning in super deluxe rooms even though it is advertised as having. There was only 1 charge electric point in the room working. While it seems petty to moan it added stress trying to get 2x phones charged daily after a days site seeing. The bathroom was permanently damp, and because of the lack of airflow the bedsheets and everything felt wet.

The first room assigned to us had dirty bed and hair on it, so had to change room. That made the stay worse. Breakfast was included in our stay but not happy with the breakfast option.

Room was old but ok. Food was excellent, as was the guys serving it. Hotel is right in the thick of the action in Paharganj which we liked, a night market is on right outside the hotel.

Overall I liked the hotel: it is clearly an nice hotel focused on an Indian costumer base, but it does not serves bad the foreigner tourist. It is located on the hearth of Delhi, on a very busy (hectic) street, which , for me, it just increases the charm and authenticity of the hotel. The restaurant had a lot of variety in food services (at least compared with other hotels I experienced in India) but, again, the breakfast was somewhat poor, with very little choices outside the Indian breakfast style. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay here. The service for all of our needs was excellent. We did have some flight cancelation and credit card issues and Akilesh was the most patient and helpful man for a rather extended time. He went above and beyond. I recommend this hotel highly. Joan

Great hotel at busy area; small rooms but the price is right for what you get.

This Hotel is in the heart of Delhi. OK it isn't 5 start but the for the price you pay it more than makes up for it in terms of location and staff service. The bedroom though small had everything you needed and the en-suite was wall to wall granite tiles. Bedrooms were cleaned every day but Wifi was sometimes an on/off affair, never tried the restaurant and the turn around for laundry was the same day and very cheap. Delhi is right on your door step so don't look here for a quiet away from it all type break. The train station, metro and Connaught Place isn't far on foot. I would have no problem staying her again.
