私はこのホテルをチョイスすることを心から強くお勧めします！！ ケアンズホスピタルのバス停をおりて建物沿いに海側に回ったところにあるホテルです。 最近改築したのか館内はとても清潔感がありました。 共有スペースには紅茶やコーヒー、ポットなどがまとめておかれており好きな時に飲むことができます。また裏手にはプールとテラスもあります。 さて部屋についてですが、内装にもオーナーのこだわりを感じました。 天井の装飾、備えられた家具はどれも高級感がありました。ホテルと言えば何よりも大切なベッドですが…とても清潔で真っ白なシーツに適度な柔らかさのマットと寝心地が良く、休憩だけのつもりが寝落ちしてしまうほどでした。 バスルームはシャワー(水圧GOOD！)のみ。私が泊まった部屋ではシャワー、トイレ、洗面台がひとつの空間にありました。 スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで親切です。距離感もほど良く、自由に過ごしていい雰囲気作りには確実に成功していました。休暇を楽しむことにおいて、これはとても大切な事です。 地図を見てもらえばわかる通りホテルは海岸に程近くに所在し、ケアンズの美しい海へはすぐ！人気のパブ・クックアンドブルも近く、バス停一駅ほどの距離に有名な観光地のナイトマーケット、また、乗り換えなしでボタニックガーデンへも行くことができるなど各所へのアクセスは非常に良好です。 海岸にはジョギングコースがあるので、日課にしてる人には最良の立地でしょう。 なお18時以降はカウンターは無人になりエントランスも施錠されますが、宿泊客は建物右側の通路を通り裏口からいつで出入り可能です。 朝は８時頃からカウンターにスタッフがやってくるようなので、早めのチェックアウトが必要な人は予約時かチェックインの際に相談しておく方が良いでしょう。

Super herzlicher Empfang und ein paar Geschenke als Weihnachtsüberraschung, wow! Das ist so wohltuend zu wissen, dass es nicht so tolle Boutique Hotels gibt neben den großen Ketten. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet. Schöne kleine Poolanlage. Danke!

The staff at the Floriana Boutique Hotel went out of their way to show us compassion and provide help and support when a medical emergency necessitated special consideration. Their response was outstanding and we are incredibly impressed. We enjoyed the on site restaurant and the rooms were very comfortable and attractive. We highly recommend the Floriana Boutique Hotel for its personal attention to detail and guests. We have not stayed in many other hotels that have offered such impressive staff.

My favourite place to stay when I need to come in to the city for business or an early morning flight. Have stayed several times and they never disappoint. Food in the restaurant is wonderful and it’s always an “feel good” factor to support small local business over a big chain brand.

We stayed in two different rooms at Floriana during our trip to Cairns. While both rooms were clean, the condition of the property was great, and we enjoyed our stay, do make sure you know which room you are booking. Our first booking was in a fabulous room which overlooked the promenade, while our second booking was in a much smaller ground-floor room without adequate blackout curtains to ensure the exterior light didn't disrupt our sleep (the curtains do not extend across the window panels in the door). Staff were very accommodating and helpful in this regard - but this issue needs to be addressed ASAP.

The retro room was so beautiful, especially as we had an ocean view and could have the windows open to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. We were also treated to the acoustic music rambling up the stairwell into our room from the restaurant below. All in all a romantic stay with wonderful staff, food and a very comfortable bed

Fantastic property & beautifully restored. Good food at restaurant however have given 3 stars as no mention made you are over top of the outdoor restaurant area so very very noisy until 11pm. This should be disclosed prior to booking.

The staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful, although communication about an early departure was definitely lacking. Our room was small and incredibly noisy as it was above the restaurant kitchen and at the head of the stairs to the lobby. The property itself is unique; towels and amenities were great and the on-site restaurant was very good.

Our stay was great, as were all the staff (Steph in particular). Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this hotel. It is beautiful and elegantly restored We stayed in the smallest room and had enough room. My husband is 6 foot 2 inches and big boned. It was very comfortable. The fixtures are new. The bathroom looks new. Fresh paint everywhere. The mahogany floors on the first floor is stunning. Nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. Very clean. the room had a small fridge. The microwave was in the hallway for all the guests to use. It is in a good location, near restaurants, shops, markets and the pier.

A delightful place to stay! Certainly not your usual big hotel chain, Floriana is friendly, relaxed and caring. Yes, the windows open and the breeze from the ocean is fresh. Very comfortable beds and some nice touches. The photos on the web site are accurate. The restaurant is something special! Relaxed dining with excellent service and outstanding cuisine. We have stayed at Floriana twice recently and are looking forward to our third stay. Thoroughly recommended.

What a charming small hotel, beautifully located on the Esplanade, easy walking distance to city center and harbour. The staff, Luca and Stephanie, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Quality of food in the restaurant was remarkably delicious, with a varied menu. I wound up eating in the restaurant repeatedly, sampling different dishes. The chopped crab salad and lamb ragu were amazing

A wonderful stay. A very minor complaint - nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. The restaurant and staff were attentive and so nice!
