非常に感じのいいホテルでした。レストランもあり便利でした。

夏休み中の旅行でわざわざエアーコンディショナーが付いているホテルにしたが、壊れてて使えなかった。

This was a lovely place, we wish we could have stayed longer. The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was well appointed and comfortable. The spa looked lovely we just didn't have time.

the room was basic but very comfortable and quiet. the singular advice is to bring a charger as no 5v usb outlets. included buffet breakfast had hot and cold and interesting items… very satisfying. the bus system with help of google maps was relatively easy to use—- credit cards to buy bus ticket onboard…. we had the good fortune of a couple young men who assisted but a bit of patience and you would likely figure out. a one hour leisurely walk from hotel to each of the train station and museum.

Beautiful appointed room with large balcony. Very relaxing. Great for couples.

very nice but pool closed 30 minutes early

We loved our stay at Hotel Galija! The spa was wonderful after our adventures looking for my family heritage. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Room was dark and dingy, no water in room, 1 tea bag and no milk. Went to reception and advised of the above , also unable to get English TV on, upgraded our room when booking and requested a balcony, to be told we did not have a balcony. The person on reception was very unhelpful, gave me 1 tea bag a small glass of milk, did not get offered any water, never offered any assistance to sort the TV or help with connecting to the internet. Stated we were unable to change rooms has the hotel was full, unhelpful is an understatement. Also beds really unfortable.

My only issue was the plugs. In my room, there were 3 plugs but they were all beside each other under a table attached to the wall and could not be moved, which made it almost impossible to plug anything in. Other than that, the hotel was great.

We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was clean and supplied with soft towels and coffee. We loved the sauna hot tub area which you could use once a day no extra charge. We didn’t experience the massages at the spa, hopefully next visit. The breakfast was included and was delightful with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant has very good food and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oswiecim.

Bad

The separated bedroom arrangement was perfect to share with our adult son. Excellent location for our tours and to explore the town. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were a nice ending to a long day.
