This hotel is full of hospitality. The room is clean and all the staffs are kind to help me for the stay. I'll definitely choose it if I have a chance to visit Madrid again.

スーツケースを2つ広げても十分に広いと感じるお部屋でした。 ドライヤーもしっかりとしたものが置いていて旅行中も快適に過ごすことができました。

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で的確なアドヴァイスとタクシーの予約などもきちんとしていて安心して宿泊できました。また部屋もシンプルでそして清潔でとても心地よいホテルでした。

リーズナブルなのに、すごくしっかりしたホテルで大満足です。バスルームがモダンで、広々使えます。次もまた使わせていただきます。

客室が狭く、デスク、ソファーもない。 単に泊まるだけのホテル。 この設備の割りには高く、お勧めできないホテルです。

Amazing boutique hotel super well locate. Great staff, amazing view.

We had a lovely room overlooking the circle/fountain. There was a surprise bottle of Cave in our room on ice - very lovely touch. Bathroom very modern - room spacious and bed very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was convenient, just a short distance from the metro and the airport. The amenities were nice, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The interior of the building created a cozy and safe atmosphere. I loved our experience and will definitely return!

L’emplacement est idéal. Proche du métro et avec un accès rapide à l’aéroport. Le centre est accessible en moins de 20 minutes à pieds tout comme le quartier chic de recoletos. La taille des chambres est suffisante, la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Je note un point négatif sur l’isolation phonique. Ce matin nous avons été réveillé par ce que j’imagine être des bruits de canalisation de la douche de la chambre voisine. L’isolation avec les couloirs et le volume sonore des conversations espagnoles mériterait également d’être améliorée.

La ubicación muy buena, el personal de recepción muy atento y servicial. Solo le faltan batas y pantuflas en el baño y una rampa para subir las maletas en el lobby. Y el servicio de botones. El room service debería ser 24 horas porque solo es de 11 am a 11 pm. Mi habitación premium me encantó sobre todo la vista.

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Would stay again.

Hotel needs routine maintenance. Wallpaper was separating from wall. Coffee stains where people have spilled down the wall. Carpets in the hallways were stained and in need of care. Housekeeping did a very good job in cleaning what was there, but the maintenance issues are clearly beyond their control. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included. When we went to breakfast the next morning we were charged $30. When I checked with the front desk, we were told that their colleague had made a mistake when she told us that we had breakfast included. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected someone to help us with our luggage. That didn't happen. In fact, there was a very steep stairway from the lobby to the elevator. Not a great experience.
