旧市街の中にあり改装済みの素敵なリヤドです。 チュニジアの建築雑誌にも取り上げられており4部屋全て違う内装でかなり凝っていました。ただ、ベットのすぐ後ろにバスタブがあったり、トイレが部屋の中にオープンであったりと凝っている分間取りは変わっています。私たちがチェックインした時は3部屋空いていた為選ぶことができましたがシーズン時は注意が必要です。

The place is beautiful, and the staff were so kind with such warm, beautiful smiles. Clean room. It made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Dar Antonia is the worst place you can book in Sousse. Can you believe they told me I can NOT check in after 6pm and since I was left arriving in Tunis, they left me high and dry and was forced to book another hotel room !

Un très bel hôtel situé au bord de la médina, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et plein de surprises. Le véritable atout de cet établissement reste son personnel : d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et attentif, il sait rendre le séjour particulièrement agréable. La terrasse, agrémentée de jolies plantes, offre un cadre magnifique où l’on peut aussi bien se détendre dans le petit jacuzzi que dîner dans une atmosphère conviviale et chaleureuse. Petit bémol toutefois du côté du petit déjeuner, qui manque un peu de salé. La climatisation dans la chambre fonctionne très bien !

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à Dar Antonia, le cadre est très original. Nous avons dîné le soir sur la terrasse. Les plats étaient bons, notamment la viande qui était très tendre. En revanche le service était extrêmement long. Nous avons bien dormi, heureusement qu’il y avait la clim. Le petit-déj’ était copieux et le service au top

This place is amazing. So beautiful and carefully decorated with an amazing simplicity and good taste. The have small rooms but it was wonderful to stay here.

Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings. Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. Be mindful that this hotel is in the historic Medina - you can’t drive up to it. We had initially parked on a street 2 bocks outside the city walls. We then moved it to the gas station. My room had a classical North African design - everything was very tasteful, if not a little quirky, which I found endearing. By quirky, e.g., you shower behind a ladder that goes to a loft in my room. My bed was very comfortable. There was a delicious fruit tray waiting for me. The A/C worked pretty well, though in general they struggle in North Africa. I was able to sleep without issue. Breakfast was delicious. It comprised of various Tunisian treats - all fresh. We also had dinner on the rooftop and it was delicious- as well as atmospheric especially during the call to prayer as the sun set. Dar Antonia is 5-10 min away from all the cool sights of the Medina (ribbat, mosque, archaeological museum) and steps away from shopping galore. This place is a 10/10 and a great value in my mind. If I come to Sousse again, there is no doubt that I am staying at the Dar Antonia!

Un véritable bijou niché au cœur de la médina de Sousse, classée à l’UNESCO. Ce Dar traditionnel, rénové avec goût, marie harmonieusement le charme de l’architecture locale et le confort moderne. La maison est impeccable, entretenue avec grand soin, et chaque espace respire la sérénité. L’accueil est à la hauteur du lieu : chaleureux, professionnel, authentique. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service, avec une mention spéciale pour Rahma, qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner avec une gentillesse et une douceur remarquables. Une perle. Les petits déjeuners sont simples mais savoureux, servis dans un cadre paisible. La terrasse sur le toit, baignée de lumière, offre un superbe point de vue pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina. Un endroit inspirant. Quelques détails toutefois viennent légèrement atténuer l’enchantement : l’insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer, la piscine — minuscule — avait une eau un peu trouble lors de notre passage, et certains prix (notamment une citronnade à 12 dinars) nous ont semblé déconnectés du contexte local. Un lieu plein de charme et de promesses, parfait pour s’immerger dans l’âme de la médina… à condition de garder une certaine indulgence et un œil averti.

Vraiment impressionne par l accueil et le look particulier des chambres. Hotel tres bien localise avec roof top et service de premiere classe !

This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.

Went here in the winter and their room heater didn't work (staff insisted that it works but it doesn't, go figure...). It was quite cold during the night we had a miserable time sleeping there. The parking is not on premises, you have to walk 7 minutes to get to the location (they make you park at a gas station then take some stairs and walk through the old town). Would not stay here again.

Beautiful place in the Medina of Sousse. All the rooms are stunning. We stayed at the Ambre Suite which felt like living inside a fairy tale. While the place is in the Medina, is not in the busy side but rather quieter side of it. Just a short 5 min walk from everywhere you need to be in the Medina. The host were super friendly and the restaurant is a must. Just be aware that you may need to walk a few blocks with your luggage to make it in and out.

The inside courtyard and public spaces were well decorated and nice. The heat in my room did not work and the temperature stayed about 18c. There was no separation or door between the bathroom and our family suite room. It is advertised for up to 4 people, but my daughter and I felt cramped in the space. The concrete floors were not inviting and the shower kept flooding the bathroom area. The hotel was very clean and the staff were nice, even though they were not around much and were gone by nightfall. A good place for an adventurous and self sufficient traveler.

Nice decor and set up very nice but difficult to manage stairs and cold at night. Shower splashing water all over the place
