支配人はとても親切で、スタッフの方々も同様でした。スタッフの方々は英語があまり話せませんでしたが、それでも一生懸命助けてくれました。また、一人で行くなら公衆浴場もそれほど悪くありませんでした。厨房エリアのドリンクマシンで飲んだ抹茶がとても美味しかったです。グランシットで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

スタッフは 24 時間対応しており、カプセル ポッドは非常に快適で、荷物保管のオプションもあります。(ホテルのバスルームは共用バスルームであることにご注意ください。)

The name comfort does reflect the name. The hotel is near the akihabara station, and the lounge is very comfortable. I like this hotel. Quite pricey, but I think it's worth the price.

was a pleasure experience, the staff was great, the hotel was clean, I surely recommend this hotel if you traveling alone and don't have a big luggage but if you do go with a big luggage make sure to book the single room

Very satisfied, it was my 2nd time here. But unfortunately you need to pay 200¥ now if you want to rent pajamas (200¥/day). Last time they gave it free each day. But overall still a good capsule hotel if you want to spend around Akihabara.
