朝食のビュッフェはいろんな料理を注文できます。円安でやや高めですが、美味しい品々です。

観光には素晴らしい立地に最上階のお部屋で優先エレベーターがあり良かったです。同フロアのテラスにバーがあり、部屋と近接していたため夜間も音楽が響いていたのが少し残念でした。

The distance from the hotel to the sightseeing spots was close and convenient. Correspondence of hotel was good, too. I would like to visit again！

ホテルの場所が良くどこに行くにも便利でした。 食事も素晴らしく、寛ぐ一時を過ごすことができました。

まだ新しいホテルのようなので、お部屋もホテルのエントランスやバーなども清潔です。 インテリアも不思議なオブジェが飾られたと思えばクッションち猫のプリントがされてたり斬新です。 主要な観光スポットに行くのに徒歩15分以内で行ける立地で大変便利な場所にあります。 一番驚いたのは、レセプションがとても小さく、またスタッフが私服のような大変カジュアルなTシャツ姿なので、どこが受付かわかりませんし、普通に歩いてる人がスタッフなのか宿泊者なのか見分けがつきません。このホテル独自なのかマドリッドのホテルがカジュアルなのかは不明です。

I enjoyed the bar, rooftop

Excellent location but with average facilities and services. The biggest advantage is the location: the hotel is right in front of the Gran Via, with walking distance to major attractions, plus a lot of choices for shopping, grocery, etc. However, our bathroom has molds round the sink and shower floor. After complaining, we were offered to move to another room (with the view of Gran Via). Staff services are on average. One strange thing worth of mentioning: a few hours after we paid all costs/fees (including mini bar consumption) at the checkout, we noticed two attempts of charges (without our authorization) to our credit card but declined by my credit card company automatically. For the price we paid, there are better options in the same area.

Excelente hotel

Hotel well located at Center Madrid with all facilities around (shops, restaurants, historic places, etc.). Everything a tourist can need is just few blocks from there. Very good personnel at reception/front office, well cleaned rooms. Room service and food on top! Stay was very friendly and satisfying. Only missed point is that there isn't real restaurant on ground floor.

We were robbed by the taxi driver they called for us and they totally disengage from the problem. They dont have cameras at the entry of the hotel

The location excellent. The hotel lobby staff were excellent & kind! Loved my room too, old charm with great amenities. And wonderful view. Loved it. The staff at roof top terrace except for the girl with short hair who receives the guest at the entrance (she was very lovely) I sat there for a while and no one asked what I needed. I paid a lot to be there…as a guest. So Not a great feeling. The next day I went.. still wasn’t attended to quick enough. people who came after me where seen before me but they eventually came & attended to me and were decent. I hope they do better with people who don’t look like them in the future.
