Compact and adequate for our needs but expected more spacious accommodation. We didn't have a car but a car was parked outside our apartment making it difficult for us to access the property. The apartment was clearly marked as a Mobility Apartment with disabled sign. We mentioned this on check-out. Unlikely to stay there again.

Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac.

Parking is tight, and all surrounding roads have various yellow lines. Closest free park is the country lane behind the church. Bathroom extractor didn't appear to work and only one breakfast bowl in the room. Bathroom need some tlc.

The property was great. Rest spot for access to the Abbey and the town.

Om arrival we had our room change toa larger room however tye shower head was so scaled up we couldnt get much water out The towels ee had were frayed and ready for the bin. I did get reception to change them but also the towels are too small. The windows could do with a clean along with the net curtains that are grunby and torn. The hotel has so many positives and are let down by the negatives. Im not sure if we would stay again which is a shame. Maube if improvements are made we nay reconsider

Communication was fantastic & kept me informed about everything at least two days before arrival. Beautiful room lovely linen and bathroom. Very happy.

Parking is a major issue. There is only 4 free spaces available for 20 apartments. On-street parking is restricted by yellow lines and usually full each night. The advertising seems to imply that they have "arrangements" at public car parks but they don't - and they are a long way from the accommodation. I think that it needs a more honest description.

Spacious and we liked the apartment style. Communication very good. Bathroom fine but floor not thoroughly clean and shower head needed attention as water sprated everywhere. Did mention the shower at reception.

Wonderful facility. All rooms have a mini kitchenette facility with full size fridge, hob and oven. As I was working nights this suited me perfectly. Was a great find for me and I will 100% stay here again. The town was just around the corner with a Morrisons a 5 minute drive away. Easy to access and helpful hosts on hand if needed. Felt like home.

Really enjoyed our stay. The setting is remarkably quiet considering it is so close to the village centre and opposite the Abbey. The concierge was really helpful and always cheerful! We had some issues with parking in the limited Hotel spaces but there is plenty of free parking close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel location and decor is generally good. It looked rather tired compared to my visit last year and the heating in my bedroom did not work. Staff friendly and helpful though.

Our ground floor room gets the front door noise and noise from the hard wood floor in the room above us, ear plugs not an option as we needed to hear the alarm!

Easy to access,great location and super comfy beds. These are very well equipped, comfy apartments. The use of a small weight room too is an added bonus

First time in Wymondham and No 10 The Abbey was the perfect place to stay to explore the lovely town. Had a twin room and very comfortable beds. Kitchenette in the room which was handy. Limited parking but we found a space. Room was clean and fairly quiet.
