ローマ中心部にもヴァチカンにも便利なアパートでした。無料のカプセル式エスプレッソメーカーなども含めて、滞在に必要な設備も整っていますし、部屋も周辺も静かで落ち着きます。洗濯機・湯船はなく、シャワーのみですが、不便は感じませんでした。また利用してもよいとおみます。

We liked the building and the location. We had good contact with landlord. So very happy to have been there.

Pro: It is a great deal for 6 people staying mostly in their rooms because it’s a queen and a twin in each room with each a private bathroom. It’s also a good price for the area. Market down the street as well as pharmacy. Air conditioning in each room. About half hour walk to most tourists places. Felt safe. Closest to Vatican area. Espresso maker with coffee. Cons: Place had air conditioning leaking and toilet issue upon check in. Someone couldn’t come to fix until the next day. Had to put towels on floor and no new towels offered though asked. Shower water doesn’t drain so within a few minutes water at ankles. No housekeeping or replenish towels offered. Trash cans small and needs to be carried outside onto street to empty. Person was late to greet so we had to let ourselves in and acclimated ourselves. Welcome drink is tap water in a jug. Had to wipe down surfaces. Place has lots of traffic scuffs and living room has couch space for only 2 people. Kitchen and living room combined are smaller than the bedrooms.. Pls be aware you have to take suitcase up some stairs to elevator. Washing machine only, no dryer.

Excellent location

Amazing location!! 10-minute walk to St. Peter's and walk to the Coliseum was easy to manage. Clean location and the manager was perfectly responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great communication. Helpful. Small and quaint. AC was great as it was terribly hot out. My only complaint is the bed. Worst sleep of my 3 weeks in Italy. Like seeping on a box spring. Maybe some foam pads would be helpful.

Best location - near to Ancient Rome but in a very safe part of the city with wide boulevards and villas. Very efficient use of space in the suite. We loved taking the elevator up at the end of a day of walking around Rome, having passed through into our courtyard. Our family of 4 appreciated having 4 beds, especially getting through jet lag. Highly recommend the restaurant downstairs, next door also for authentic Roman food and relaxed atmosphere.

We loved the quaint neighborhood in Vatican City. A short walk to the Vatican and other sites plus great restaurants. It was nice to be close but not in the middle of all the noise. 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms were perfect for a small family or 2 couples.

We loved the 2 bedroom apartment during our weekend long stay. It was extremely convenient to MUSEI VATICANI. A 10-12 min walk got us to a Metro Station and we were off. The communication with Valentina and Simone was excellent.

Really spacious, lovely flat for family or friends to share. The hosts were excellent, extremely responsive via text at all times, lots of recommendations and answered all questions, have not had a better host at any other property before! The only small con is that other than the vatican, there is not much else around the area, so you find yourself having to cross the bridge everyday to go back to the main city area, but its not too far at all. Overall, extremely happy with the apartment and service, would highly recommend!

Excellent location in Rome with an authenic Italian experience. A short walking distance to the Vatican and many historical sites. Valentina was also available by text for any questions. She also assisted us with all of our transfers, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent safe location and a confortable clean apartment for a family. Short walking distance to Vatican, restaurants, and grocery store. Very helpful host who checked in on us prior to our flight and when we arrived. Transfers were prompt.

Very good overall. Apartment was quite nice, not palacial, but clean, and more than adaquate for our family of 5. Neighborhood was great. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well as groceriy stores. The location was great. Easy walking distance to the Vatican. There was a nice little laundry nearby (Cinderella wash) where the owner spoke english, had very reasonable prices, and had our wash and fold ready for us the next day. Valentina, (the owner or manager of the apartment) was very responsive to our needs. She helped us by arranging rides from the train station to the apartment as well as round trip transportation to Civitavecchia for our cruise following our stay in the apartment. There was a coffee machine and she supplied the little coffee pods (& tea, sugar, creamers etc.) that it used. On the downside, the elevator’s door wouldn’t open at the 2nd floor where the apt was located when we arrived. As a result we had to do a lot of stairs with many bags and a wheelchair for my 91 year old Dad. It finally got fixed on the 3rd day of our stay. There was an issue w/ the hot water in one of the bathrooms on the day we were leaving, but as there was adequate hot water in the other bathroom, we just showered in that one. There was no housekeeping services, so restocking supplies (think toilet paper) is on you. Overall, this was a nice apartment and a reasonably priced alternative to having to purchase two hotel rooms. Would recommend.

Appartamento con tutti i confort, bene arredato e accessoriato. Ottima la posizione: Fermata metro vicina, tanti negozi per fare shopping, tante trattorie ristoranti dove si mangia bene.
