The service is still ok... However need to note this place was probably setup in the 90s and I doubt there is updates or renovation to the place. I visited the chalet...all the furniture we bit old and surprisingly you can find dust on certain areas of furniture, under the bed, ceiling, and the sliding door to the outer view of the windows/doors. Room is ok and roomy. Aircond even its old still functioning. But water heater system is the old type you have to switch it on 30mins earlier in order to use it. Plus point is there is 2 separate shower cubicles. Fridge will switch off once you remove the card from its slot so I had to stuck another card to ensure items in fridge remains cool... (but some ice still manage to melt?) view was ok with the greenery and monkey calls in the morning and the morning mist and weather is cool in a manageable way (no meed sweater). But overall place not up to modern standards...the bowling alley is closed "due to renovation" and so is the convention center..which I personally suspect management don't bother to maintain it as less and less people visit this place, they might rather go to genting since its nearer. But if you do book this place you get complimentary passes to the colmar, rabbit farm, japanese village and others foc multiple times for a couple of days...which is a plus point.

For a short escape to stay it is worth. Mountains nature look are good except for the surrounding of the resort is a bit rundowns. BHGCC may want to upgrade your facilities, to renovate your building so that people will have a pleasant stay. Besides, BGHCC do make sure foods are clean. Other than that, BGHCC can be better for future. Cheers!

Room dilapidated, dirty and bad smell. Entrance to the hotel is not taken care of, like a haunted house in a movie. Price for walk in same as online. Not worth for money and not much activities in Bukit Tinggi.

room wasn't clean enough, there wasn't any towel in the room, toothbrush, etc.. food service, the last call was at 11 pm no one updates me! The Breakfast wasn't ready at the time which was written on the Voucher waited almost an hour, for the b'fast! poor housekeeping and F&B not gonna recommend to anyone!

Room okay. Bathroom dirty. A bit gloomy

The worst hotel ever. The hotel was very dirty, very old. Not well maintained. The food was terrible. Even the cutlery was already rust. Never gonna go back to this hotel again! Never thought Berjaya could have this kind of hotel
