市内中心部にある快適な宿泊施設です。

街の中心部という立地も魅力です。部屋は清潔で、接客サービスも良かったです。そして何より、サービスと部屋の広さを考えると、価格が手頃なのが嬉しいです。予算は限られているけれど、街の中心部での暮らしを体験したいという方には、京都ゲストハウスをおすすめします。

場所がわかりにくく、そこへのエレベーターも狭く、オーナーの電話番号も記載されておらず連絡も取れず、結局別の宿泊施設を探すことになりました。

I'm usually not the type of person to write bad reviews but this is bad. The location was confusing, went to the 15th floor to check in then asked to go to 7th. The place was dirty and smelly. When entered the room it was so small and the lock didn't work, so I had to put a chair behind the door. Couldn't sleep because I didn't feel safe the whole night. The person who checked me in didn't even know how much I should pay. It was such a bad experience. If I had known that it 's that bad I would've rather paid more to stay at other hotels. Won't stay here ever again.

I had a bad experience to this hotel. We arrived at 2pm since the check in time is 2pm but according to pinay receptionist still fully booked. We enter our room about 6:40pm since it is already vacant. I knew already that the room is quite small but I didn't expect the toilet is also small. No space for take a bath. The bed is nice but its dirty. Merong kumakagat sa balat. The worst is the receptionist is Pinay. She told me "dito ko kayo ilagay basta bigyan nyo lang ako ng magandang reviews". I'm so sorry ate, I won't do that to my co-filipino budget travellers. I will not recommend this hotel since the staff is strict and not considerate.

Bed very dirty. No clean room. So many cockroaches. Many bedbugs. I told the helper to clean the room, and she find mask another people, very dirty. Then I know she never clean the bed. So bad.

Room is standard but clean! The water heater is on and air conditioner is good! Looking for more time to stay here and meet my ex again!
