出張で利用いたしましたが、部屋もきれいで快適でした。 インドールでの宿泊にお勧めします。

初日のチェックインが遅かったため喫煙室になってしまったが、 翌日禁煙室に変えてもらえた。

レセプションの対応がかなり良かった。愛想もよく、しつこくなく、世間話の入れ方も程よく、インドには珍しく従業員の対応が良く、こちらから声をかけようという気にさせるホテルでした。

Seeshaan and his team was amazing. Sumit was incredible at client experience and services. Surrinder at concierge and driver was exceptional. Overall great experience. We had a nice stay.

The staff was very courteous

Bathroom needs more work, in particular shower space. It is not clean. Overall, all workers in cleaning, kitchen, restaurants need continuous training in personal hygiene, cleanliness on weekly basis. This is a general problem in India. Workers are influenced by their own living situation, space, cleanliness. Take this suggestion as you will but cleanliness need to improve.

The restaurants are not that good. The cafe has terrible pastries.

Service of the hotel was really bad. Even after ordering multiple times they keep on missing the order this happens for two days.

Spa is very excellent and especially massage staff is very good and professional. Gyuai from massage and Deepali from front desk very professional and good with their service.

Very good hotel, clean, excellent breakfast buffet, good staff.

Rooms in one wings are quite old. Not maintained well. Not properly cleaned. Carpets are old. Foul smell in rooms. Rooms not properly equipped. Does not justify Marriott brand and price. We had to request hotel for room change.
