The property is in very bad conditions, no restaurant in the facility, the patio is used as storage. It needs a lot of repairs

Horrible. The decoration and location are great however the hotel itself is run down and needs major updates. The room was super dark. No AC and the rooms get so hot, the bathroom shower floods. The hotel towels were stained, had ruff bedsheets with only one pillow. The doors are hard to close and open. It had it listed as having a restaurant and upon arrival the restaurant was closed for awhile. We were the only guest and they always had the hotel entrance locked. We had to ask each time we left the hotel and came in to let us in. This made us feel trap rather than secured.

Needed to leave the place because someone did try to start an extortion, only hotel’s staff had my personal information, not trusted place at all… please read previous reviews… unfortunately we didn’t, however, we realized someone else lived the same situation in this hotel in the past, also very poor condition, fan did not work, bathroom got clogged, doors didn’t close correctly so no privacy… Expedia must verify places posted in its site and be and hold accountable overall.

This was by far the worst stay. Bad attitude of employees, no water and you need to go find someone to get access to go out of the hotel. Stay away!

While the location is good, walkable to the restaurants, the hotel needs maintenance: The bathroom were extremely old, old towels with wholes, and old showerhead.. It was cold at night (for me) and they had only 1 blanket in the room.

la ubiccacion es perfecta para caminar al centro y aunque no ay estacionamiento, si encontramos en la calle. Esta algo descuidado el lugar pero tiene espacios interesantes y con mucho potencial. No cuenta con restaurante como en las fotos y al llegar a la casa nuestro cuarto no estaba listo, se lo habian dado a alguien mas, pero les dimos tiempo de arreglar la situcion y regreasamos a nuestro cuarto reservado. Muy amables.

Not a nice place to stay

Loved the staff! Checked in late at night and was received and settled in immediately. My mother was traveling with me and forgot a pair of sunglasses in the room at checkout. The hotel was closed when we realized what happened but the following day we contacted them and they had saved the sunglasses for us. Can’t express how thankful I was for such great hospitality! I’ll book again

It’s showed as 3 and a half stars but in reality is a two star , they give you a pad lock to secure the door I would never go back

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. El personal no tiene el mínimo interés en dejarte descansar. Desde temprano tienen mucho ruido y no dejan dormir. Uno quiere descansar y no se puede. Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, un sinfín de mosquitos. Honestamente, les recomendaría busquen otro lugar. La ubicación es lo único rescatable del lugar.

Cama sucia , no hay agua caliente, instalaciones y maobiliario muy antiguo y en malas condiciones, mal olor, insegura.

Las personas de recepción tienen una muy mala organización, tenía reservación y no sabían que llegaba, estuvieron buscando en la aplicación y finalmente apareció, me asignaron una habitación, me dieron las llaves de otra, los controles de la TV de otra habitación (y que por cierto no servía). La habitación llena de polvo, la cama igual, se sentía la tierra sobre la sábana. Los adornos de la habitación rotos y polvosos, las lámparas muy sucias y alumbran poco. Habían pequeños terrones en el piso. Las ventanas no se podían abrir, los vidrios rotos. La puerta no se cerraba adecuadamente dos chapas no servían. El ruido de la habitación de enfrente y el olor a marihuana hizo que me despertara a las 4 de la mañana. Terrible, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Una experiencia muy desagradable!! No avía almuédas,cobertores,tuallas, ni agua caliente muy pésimo servicio mi reservación fue para dos noches y no aguantamos nos fuimos a otro hotel.
