ホテルは弁天町駅の近くにあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、大阪の街並みの景色がとても素敵です。

部屋は素敵で、窓からの眺めもよかったですが、少し狭かったです。清潔ですが、エアコンは私の希望通りに設定できませんでしたが、スタッフがポータブルファンで良い解決策を提供してくれました。MRT駅の近くです。4*/5*

Good location, very helpful staff.

かなり古いホテル。部屋は清潔ですが、古さを感じます。スタッフはあまり親切ではありませんでしたが、私たちが苦情を言った後、最後には非常に親切でした。しかし、それでも良い経験です。ユニバーサルスタジオからも近い！

Amazing hotel at the heart of Osaka. Close to two stations, JR bentencho, and Osaka Metro Bentencho, very convenient for getting around. Also only 3 stops away to USJ. Room size for even the basic room is very large especially for Japan standard. Facility and service is top notch.

The location is quite far from shin-osaka station, not recommended if bring huge luggage.

I love this hotel, so big for us. And the location is very near from the Benthenco station. Very recomendation if you go to Osaka.

このホテルの第一印象は最高でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋は2人で泊まるには十分な広さで、シーベルや他のレストランにもとても近いです。本当におすすめです。そして、弁天町駅からもとても近いのも嬉しいです。本当にこのホテルが大好きです。アートホテル大阪ベイタワー、ありがとうございました。

Hotel feels like a five star! We stayed in a triple room at sky floor and amenities were complete where we get a bunch of oils and skin care. Room also equipped with a superb coffee/ tea maker and complimentary smartphone that we can borrow to guide us around the city. Room size is great! Train station is just next door connecting us with Airport JR and also local train. Free shuttle bus to USJ. Value for money and will definitely book here again if we visit Osaka.

The carpet is not clean, no complimentary water in the room.

Lokasi cukup strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Sangat dekat dengan metro station dan bus stop. Ada fasilitas antar jemput bus shuttle gratis (terjadwal) ke Universal Studio jadi sangat memudahkan. Ada fasilitas peminjaman handphone gratis untuk dibawa jalan-jalan. View dari hotel sangat bagus. Sarapan mantap.
