チェックイン等がないことなどが最初にわかっているとよい。最初のメールが1人分のみだったので不安になった

The facility was very nice. But the cleaning fee was almost 2 times of the price to stay which I didn't notice when I made a reservation. Before making a reservation, please be sure about the cleaning fee. 設備は非常に良かったですが、清掃費用が宿泊費の倍近くかかってしまいました。清掃費用はどこに書いてあるかわかりづらいですが、予約するときは清掃費を確認してから予約されることをお勧めします。

アパートメントの鍵（電子ロック式）に関してはチェックイン当日にメールで送られてきました．私が宿泊した部屋には，冷蔵庫，食洗器，電子レンジ，コーヒーメーカー，洗濯機，乾燥機などがあり，とても便利でした．食器洗い用の洗剤や洗濯用の洗剤は既に用意されていました．リビングダイニングと寝室の間取りでしたが，なかなかに広く快適でした．ホテルのようにスタッフが常時駐在しておりませんが，困った場合はチャットで対応頂けたので不便さを感じませんでした．アメリカのアパートメントを経験できたことも楽しかったです．

Great place for a weekend get away with friends

It was nice the smoke detector beep the whole stay made it hard to sleep

This was at the top lakeside.of the quarter. If you know what that neighborhood is, it is not a problem. It was convenient to everything we wished to go do. There is a Rousses grocery store in a 10 minute walk.

Stove didn’t work dishwasher didn’t work. Paid for parking and couldn’t use it, had to park 6 blocks away and pay for it twice. Room was not clean. The “Game Room” was a joke, pool table was broken and foosball table had no ball to play with. And front desk worker was only worried about selling us a vacation plan that we had to numerous times decline. Do not recomend ever.

Great stay

Clean, quiet, good air conditioning, and very central to canal St and the French quarter!

Look good in the pictures but the room smelled like mold or like something was wet. The garage was very creepy and mice were running around and it smelled like dead mice.

We felt very safe, the condo was clean and well decorated.

Only 10-15 minute walk to The French Quarter. The suite was spacious and very clean and the furniture and bed was modern and super comfortable. Only complaint is the woman working at the front was not very nice and a bit rude.

Great location for Bourbon Street and other area attractions.

Location was good but the size was much smaller than shown in description and pictures.

Clean and comfortable

bathroom sink cold water faucet wasn't working. Let the management of building know, but they said we had to let Hosteeva know. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn't working and ice machine on 8th floor, smelled like urine, and floor was soiled with urine. Not sure if was from pet, or human. Other than that, stay was good. Actual condo was not bad at all.

The Building itself holds a great location. Seamless check -in process and even updating the Reservation is super simple. The Units come fully equipped with all things one would need to live comfortably. Will stay here again!
