Hotel is modern, clean and recently renovated. Rooms are large, and there is plenty of storage. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square.
However, there are some problems with the hotel. Firstly, there is no proper air conditioning - there is a centralised control of temperature, with a “summer” and “winter” setting - once this is set by the hotel, the temperature of the room cannot be changed., and if you find it too hot, then there is nothing you can do to change it- the gote’s solution is to “open the windows”, which does cool the room (at least in winter”, but does let all of the street noise in, making for a very noisy night’s sleep.
Secondly, although king size beds are advertised, they are actually two single beds pushed together, which leave a ridge in the middle of the bed.
Finally, breakfast is fairly limited - ok for a day or two, it becomes boring after that.
