Spotless and staff were super friendly and helpful. Felt right at home.

Mycket vackra omgivningar. Vackert hus.Fina rum. Ingen städning eller info om vad som gällde. Restaurangen stängd hela veckan. Stod inget om när man bokade. Välkomstgåva utlovades i bokningen men inget man kände till i receptionen. Receptionen obemannad. Man var tvungen att bära med sig nyckel och portöppnare med stor träbricka på för att kunna komma in genom grinden till gården.

The place has a great deal with Charm. However, the sink needed to be recalled and had mold on it in the bathroom shower. There was mold and the TV did not connect so I could not watch anything. I think for the money it was more like a three star hotel

We stayed in Villa T1 surrounded by nature. We looked to the vineyards and country side. The house was equipped with everything required for a good meal and a good night sleep. Air conditioning was working very well. Breakfast was served in the main house and felt very cosy. Pools were okay .

Casa do Governador is a beautiful, peaceful place. Our room was massive and extremely comfortable! We stayed for a week and used it as a base to explore Alentejo/Lisbon and it worked perfectly.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff and accommodations. It is close to Évora but removed enough for peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Very cosy and spacious country manor turned into a hotel. Wonderful common areas to sit around and watch TV or read a book. The cook provided breakfast and the manager on site was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property’s history.

The drive into the property is a little tight, but the staff is wonderful. Toilet could of been a bit cleaner but otherwise excellent.

Loved this quiet farm just outside Évora. Very nice and comfortable place. It had olive trees, grapes, horses, sheep, dogs, historical markers on property. Accommodations were 1st class 👍

We only overnighted here as part of a longer trip. The bedroom was large and tastefully decorated, although no fridge or kettle which we would have appreciated. We took dinner with only one other couple which was disappointing as the food was excellent both for that meal and breakfast. Perhaps the hotel should push their dinner option more.

We had a wonderful stay in this special property in the middle of a vineyard and olive orchard. We got to see the harvesting of the grapes with the vintner who was lovely. I also have to say the daily breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and bread every morning. It's little outside of Evora but the tranquility was its own reward. Loved it!!

Excellent country property with beautiful common areas and rooms. Wonderful breakfast.

All I can say is WOW! Amazing, beautiful, unique, just a sensational experience that I feel very fortunate to have experienced. Miguel was so kind and it was so much fun getting to dine with the other guests. Only disappointment was that we planned only one night. Highly recommended!
