2017年12月オープンのホテル。レンタカーでのマヤ遺跡周遊中に一泊滞在（家族四人）。コバ遺跡の見学前夜に立地を考慮してこちらを予約。 オーナーと支配人（親子かな）と二三会話したが、気持ちの良い人達で、快適に過ごす事ができた。部屋に冷蔵庫は備え付けられていないが、外で購入したビールの冷蔵もバーの大型冷蔵庫で対応してくれ、特別不便なかった。 部屋も綺麗、設備も新しく（2018年8月現在）快適。 到着日のディナー、込みの朝食の二食お世話になったが、日本人の口にも合うなかなか美味しい食事だった。ジャングルの中で蚊が少し気になるが、虫よけでカバー。 コバの町自体がとても田舎で、トゥルムからのアクセスも良くあえてコバに宿泊する人は居ないかもしれないが、旅程上、コバに泊まることを考えているのであれば選択肢になるおすすめホテル。

Great hotel in a marvelous environment

This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful.

toallas sucias, no servía el wifi en la habitación, NO me facturaron porque dicen que al haber reservado con expedia ellos tenían que facturarme. Espero me apoyen porque tengo que comprobar mi gasto a la empresa.

This place is great stay! The ambiance is jungle. It's a few minutes down the road from the main town so it is so quiet yet accessible by bike or car(they have bikes).There are only a few units so there is always space by the pool. The staff were all amazing. If you like Starbucks, they have it onsite morning and afternoon. The Continental breakfast was adequate to hold you over until you get somewhere for a meal. The rooms are beautiful. Better than expected. I definitely plan on going back to this beautiful find.

La habitación estababa perfecta!! LÁSTIMA QUE TIENE CUCARACHAS! Que horrible se me metieron en mi comida!, Estaban en la puerta del baño en la regadera, esa plaga en la madera !! Es horrible .. no dormí ahí pedí mi cancelación salí en el instante que vi la plaga nociva, no podía dormir ahí pensando que toda esa plaga se me meta a la boca o camine arriba de mí mientras duermo!! Pedí mi cancelación a esta aplicación me ayudaron y me realizaron mi reembolso! Gracias

Excellent place to stay after a long day visiting the archaeological sites site and the Coba cenotes!

Beautiful property, landscape is gorgeous, definitely a jungle feel, located central to many tourist attractions, staff was very helpful helping plan our excursions, so don’t be afraid to ask. We loved dunking into our private pool after a hot day of visiting the ruins. Also loved that they a a Starbucks on site

Habitación amplia, limpia, confortable, cafetera excelente. Personal amable, dispuesto a solucionar. Piscina limpia y confortable.

Chambre superbe avec jaccuzi en pleine jungle. Le bruit des grenouilles nous a bercé le premier soir. Seul bémol, la piscine qui mériterait plus de nettoyage. Personnel très gentil

La chambre était superbe et bien équipée. Nous avons été désagréablement surpris de devoir patienter pour obtenir notre chambre alors que nous étions les seuls clients. De plus lors de notre installation nous avions valise et sacs sans que l’homme d’accueil ne nous aide et marché trois mètres devant nous indifférent à notre charge. La piscine était sale.

Highly recommend finding another place to stay in Coba or elsewhere. This place is clearly gearing up to be sold. Almost no staff around, and limited service. We booked this hotel to use the complimentary bikes and access to spa services as provided in the description when booking as we wanted to bike to the Coban ruins. They did not have these, so we decided to check out the next day. The front desk manager, who had no idea of anything going on, checked us out and said we would be refunded for the second night of our reservation. We didn’t get refunded, and low and had to fight with the hotel to get a refund which they never provided even though we didn’t stay the second night. They misrepresented their booking and stole our funds— do not stay at this property. They also changed their Expedia description after I had complained though my screenshots had proof of their original offerings.

Située juste avant Cobá, cette maison en pleine jungle est un lieu magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec une douche immense. Nous avons choisi celle avec la baignoire extérieure : prendre un bain en pleine jungle, j’adore ! La piscine est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner est au top. Je recommande sans hésiter — réservez vite, vous allez adorer !

It is a lovely place that is nestled in the jungle. The pool was great. The vibe was great. The only thing was security seemed a little lax. The doors have very minimal locks and there was a massive window/sliding door in the bathroom with no way to cover it for privacy.

This property is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the owners seem to be letting it go a bit. It was disappointing to see that the bar and restaurant were closed and their bikes have been given away. This lack of amenities (except for a meager breakfast) was problematic for us since we came without a car, and it’s about 3km to town with no sidewalk/path. The staff were lovely and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car until changes are made.

The staff were all very responsive and courteous. The room was great we had a great time !

The toilet has this constant odor like the gray water is backing up.

- hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly, most speak English - the ambiance of hotel of gorgeous of you like jungle theme - parking is easy, hotel feels safe, Starbucks on property - Coba town is less than 5 min drive with beautiful Myan pyramids - recommend this hotel if you want some accustom bustling of big towns, though recommend having a rental car so you can access food/attrections when needed

It was very gorgeous, quiet, and the staff was very nice. However, despite the staff not seeming busy (I was the only visitor there for my whole stay), the pool was always dirty. The hotel was also difficult to access for farther day trips - after one, I ended up having to walk for 10 minutes in the dark on the highway alone (as the staffs advice didn't pan out). When I reached out for help from the concierge, they had already gone home for the day at 8pm ):

This place was great, quiet, clean, spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. The Starbucks was a nice option in a remote area. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Coba.
