The chap who signed us in was very pleasant. He had trouble taking payment off out Hotels.com reservation so we had to go back later with a physical card. No idea why this occurred as we usually have no trouble with reservation payments. Room was compact but included all the necessities. Shows some renovations have been well done. However we had an issue with the bed, which while comfy on the surface, dipped markedly in the middle like the springs were gone. The other issue was the aircon - the unit was about 45 years old and couldn’t maintain a steady temperature. It was a very cold night so we needed to keep it on because the bathroom windows were the old louvre type and let in the draught. However it kept cutting out and some minutes later would restart with great noise and vibration. We eventually turned it off about 3am as we were having trouble getting and staying asleep. As a place to put your head down and move on next day it was tolerable.

Worth the money and decent feed

The room was clean and had all the basics. It met all our needs for a quick, one night stay. The reverse cycle air conditioning unit was very loud which was a little bit of an issue when we got back late to a cold room, had to turn it off of we wanted to get some sleep.

Everything is good. Good staff. Friendly environment

It was horrible and expensive food at bistro rooms were really hot air con was so noisy toss up between a little cooler or trying to sleep thru air con noise beds very uncomfortable pub didn't close till 2am so lots of noise etc people hanging out the motel area was costed at $159.00 but was charged $263.00

Shops close unit was clean and in good condition only gripes was lack of parking and no microwave stayed 6 nights

Nice location

No microwave, pillows or mattress had a BO (body odour) sweat smell. Shower drainage poor. Filled up with water, struggled to drain out. A/C loud and noisey. No sheers curtains, just blackouts. Everything else was ok.

It was the noisest hotel that i have ever stayed at. 1 hour sleep. not happy

The Bistro had a lovely meal and staff were attentive. Didn't like that I could smell the smoke from the gaming area. The room gad been refurbished and was good.

The air con was loud

Lots of parking but get in quick to be close to your room. Perfect 1 night stay in good lo ation for heading north or south. Good bostro options and close to supermarkets and other restaurants.

Handy to shops and lots of food options, including a large bistro in the hotel. Good location on the way out of Albury if you're headed North

Used dirty sheets, speeding cars drunk people fighting

Cheap and cheerful stay. Very basic accomodation. Beds could do with an upgrade. Old and spongy

The staff were amazing, Dinner was delicious, room very cclean

Neat and tidy, restaurant was excellent

Clean enough, staff, shower and food great! But undone by lots of things. Saggy mattress, step out of shower into main room. People having loud conversations and smoking right outside door both nights. Turned the noisy aircon on to drown them out. Yappy dog at 4am in somenes room. No housekeeping done, or anything to clean supplied dishes with. Won't be back.
