Best hotel in Skegness and I all keep come back u all because I know that place and clean as well

The location was brilliant with being a stones throw from the Main Street along the beach. Clean comfortable rooms.

Great location, just a solo trip for a couple of nights to visit family and do a bit of running at the coast. The room was clean didn’t really spend much time in it to be honest just to sleep, first night had a great nights sleep 2nd time next door kept me awake talking but I’m a light sleeper and these things are expected.

Basic, generally unmanned, but nice rooms

Not enough electric sockets. Could do with an extension. People have a lot of rechargeable items including hearing aides & phone. The ESB port in the lamps arnt very satisfactory. The place could do with a revamp. Window blinds are worn, long mirror needs to be fastened to a wall. Needs decorating. Central location, can be noisy late into the night from people coming from the pubs. 2/3am .

Mayvene hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone. Angie & Scott would go above an beyond to help out So friendly helpful definitely stay again one of the best guest house we have ever stayed at nothing is to much trouble.we came as clientell to the Mayvene.guest house and left as good friends.will definitely go back to Mayvene guest house again without a doubt

The room was clean with a large ensuite bathroom there was plenty of teabags coffee etc supples everyday it was quite stay for three days love the star war tv

Ideally located right next to the main area of Skegness for easy access to the beach, rides, bars and arcades. Overall nice and clean place with easy access via the key box. Room is basic but comfortable, shower was terrible, but that's the only thing that let it down really. For the price paid I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy walking distance to all attractions. Room was ready well before the checkin time. Would highly recommend the Mayvene.

Great guest house 8n a great location, easy check in with key box outside ( code given on day of arrival) free parking on street past the Queens Hotel or CarPark across the road. Room is clean, comfy bed, shower and tea/coffee facilities + tv.
