Il faut savoir que pour accéder à la piscine intérieure, cela coûte 30 € par personne et que c’est écrit nulle part, lorsque l’on réserve, c’est une honte c’est la première fois qu’on me fait payer pour aller dans une piscine

It will difficult to go around without a car

We experienced several issues during our stay. The staff came across as unfriendly and arrogant, and the ongoing construction site at the hotel created a very unpleasant environment. Our room was also downgraded, although this was later compensated with a lunch. We also encountered problems charging our Tesla – the hotel did not provide complimentary charging, which is unusual compared to many other hotels around the world. Instead, we were directed to an external charger, which we had to pay for ourselves. Even though I asked several times, we were never clearly shown where the hotel’s own Tesla chargers were located. Housekeeping was also poor. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Hotel pulito e molto ampio dotato di tutti i comfort. Colazione molto varia e di qualità. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e pulite… cambierei solo le docce in quanto sono interne alla vasca da bagno… però funzionano molto bene. Servizi al top. Personale gentile e disponibile

Estaban en construcción y me levantaron desde las 7am con los ruidos. Nisiquiera dieron tapones para los ruidos. Se escuchaba todo lo del lado de la habitación, hasta cuando empujaban las camas del lado, se sentían en mi habitación. Habitación muy incomoda, no tenia ni donde colocar la maleta, la tuve que trepar en la mesa de noche y sacar la lampara. Muy caro para lo que es. Mucha foto linda, pura pantalla.

Volevano farci pagare 10€ per il servizio in camera e non era chiaro né nel menu né da nessuna parte. L'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione e il rumore era insopportabile.

Very nice place great service Bruno helped us and took care of us for 4 days always smiley and asked if we needed anything. He was great

Diverse volte ho soggiornato in questo hotel molto bello e vedo che migliorano in vari aspetti di volta in volta. Scelta vini straordinaria, SPA ottima e stanze veramente confortevoli. Sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento a Matera!

El hotel esta eb obras por lo que ai te toca la habitation con andamio es un rollo Las obras empiezan a las 8.00 y la piscina no la abren hasta las 10.00

Personale preparato e accogliente, centro benessere degno del nome con personale preparato e massaggi top. Extra un po' cari ma nel contesto della location bellissima, non si fanno notare. Consiglio vivamente!

The rooms were ok, but the hotel did not have a welcoming or friendly vibe. Lack of charm and lots of weird rules, e.g. you are only allowed to use the pool one time if you stay one night (two times if two nights etc.), you have to wear a swimming cap, you could only enter the pool and the garden through one specific way. The staff seemed to care more about these things than making sure that you enjoyed your stay. Further, the food in the restaurant, although beautifully presented, lacked taste and was way overpriced. Okay for one night, but would not recommend the place for a longer stay.
