Péssima experiencia. Muito ruim MESMO! Azulejos do banheiro soltando. Piso do quarto completamente solto. Infliltracoes e pintura rachada na parede e teto. Torneira da pia da cozinha quando abriamos na agua quente ficava "explodindo". Parecia cena de filme. PÉSSIMO!

Es segunda vez que me quedo y tuve un inconveniente con la App y hotel, ello provoca que se genera pago doble y al mismo día de check out me percato del problema , lo informo por correo electrónico y aún no se subsana. Llamo en reiteradas oportunidades para que se le devuelva dinero y aún no se resuelve. El hotel, servicio, ubicación son buenos, pero el cobro doble me genera molestia e inconvenientes.

Repetimos la experiencia de ir al hotel. Muy práctico para ir caminando a eventos al Estadio Nacional.

La gente es amable, pero las dependencias son viejas y mal cuidadas, el piso es de parque pero mal cuidado no como el de la foto, no entregan servicio de desayuno y tampoco lo tienen en el hotel por lo que me sentí engañada. La habitación solo tenía un escritorio, closet sin puertas y el espacio donde alguna vez hubo una caja fuerte parece.

Pésimo. Sin closet la habitación. Anuncian un desayuno opcional que no tienen, por no tener cafetería ni espacio. Solamente dependen de los locales cercanos. El aseo del baño, malísimo,al igual que la habitación. No lo recomiendo para nada. Publicidad engañosa en la página.

Creo que deberian renovar las camas, no son ya comodas para dormir.

Les chambres qui donnent sur l'avenue sont très bruyantes le vendredi et samedi, certaines autres chambres aussi en raison des équipements de ventilation.

Tuve un problema con la electricidad en mi habitación, pero me cambiaron a una mejor y sin costo adicional, excelente servicio, todo bien.

La recepción se encontraba sin personal en momentos, estuve fuera de la puerta de acceso esperando que alguien abriera, fue un huésped el que salió y permitió mi ingreso junto al de otros huéspedes que esperaban entrar al hotel.

Too much noise from outside even if you stay away from the street. In a very busy location, felt like the centre of a market. We moved to providencia street being unable to sleep all night due to the noise. Flush wasn't working

The hotel’s location is at walking distance from the metro and people can take all types of transportation right at the corner of the it. Also just outside the hotel people can find great restaurants and bars. The room are small and mine smell a bit bad, but they were clean. For a short business trip the hotel is great due to its location and awesome price.

My room was not available on arrival despite having pre-arranged and confirmed my arrival time. This was the only negative as I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, my room extremely comfortable and the location could not be better for what I was looking. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Aspecto de construção mal conservada. Piso do quarto em más condições. Ralo do chuveiro é muito pequeno, não dá vazão à água e a água sobe. Já deixam um desentupidor (!) junto. Reservei cama queen e recebi standard. O café da manhã é servido no bar ao lado apenas entre 8h e 10h durante a semana e 9h e 11h aos fins de semana. Estacionamento com cobrança de 5000 pesos por dia. Boa localização com bares, mercados e restaurantes próximos. Apesar de não estar perto, chega-se fácil ao centro de metrô.

The hotel is on top of 5 bars and restaurants. The good side is that there is food and bars. The bad side is that you have a lot of noise till around midnight, 1AM. This area is also very crowded, so crowded, that there is not even a hotel entrance for a car. So, be AWARE, coming with a car is a complicated task in this area. We showed up in a car and ended up getting a ticket parking in the street beside the hotel. There are NO parking places around. So, I would say, with a car, avoid this place. Be sure to get anything to eat or drink before showing up, or else you will need to access the street bars and restaurants. Even water I ended up going to the street to buy. The bathrooms are clean. The bed is confortable. Blackout curtains leave a lot of light entering in the room. Early morning is quite shiny inside. Breakfast is OK, but very limited: toast, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee and juice. That is it...it is a plate served in a restaurant outside of the hotel. Anything you ask other than that, you will get nothing. Even juice without addition of suggar is not possible.
