The room was perfect for four people. Beds had mattress toppers and accessories that made sleeping really comfortable. Toilet and sink outside our room were clean and well-stocked. The shower room and bathroom on the third floor had cleaning supplies for maintenance, in addition to bathing supplies. Microwave needed a bit of cleaning, but the communal fridge was clean and ok for storage. The hotel is seven minutes away from Shin-Otsuka Station, nine minutes away from Otsuka Station, and 10 minutes away from Sugamo Station—all very walkable! The owner emails you a set of instructions with the codes for the door and lockbox so you can come in and out of the hotel at any time. Checking in and out is made through a tablet. This place is perfect for people who need a good bed or tub to soak in at night before going out again.
