言葉が通じない相手にも丁寧な対応をしていただきました。 二泊したのですが，チェックイン時の対応で信頼できるところだと感じました。 食事は美味いし、雰囲気も素敵でした。

私達にとっては欠点の無い空間でした。施設は部屋も含めて落ち着いて居て広々とリラックス出来る滞在でした。スタッフさん達のサービスは驚くほど親切で丁寧で、何時も気を配って声を掛けてくれ、バルセロナではこちらのホテルの滞在だけだったので、このホテルのお陰でバルセロナの印象が更に良くなりました。強いて言うならエレベーターの動きが遅く小さ過ぎて他のゲストが乗っていると見送らなければいけない所が残念だったでしょうか。それも趣きとなりましたが。

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗でした。

非常におしゃれなホテルでスタッフの対応も良く満足しました。アクセスの良い立地である点も良いです。 ホテルから出ると外は異臭がしましたが、それ以外は素晴らしいです。

Roommate was very clean and comfortable. I felt like everything was well decorated and beautiful decor. The walls are thin and there were times we head our neighbors, at the same note they were also loud neighbors. The staff there was kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a large variety but I felt like some items needed to be heated better.

Nice rooms, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay there again!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ruhiges Zimmer. Metro fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Tapasbar in drr Nähe.

Good lobby, friendly staff and decent location. Shower is not the best and there is no air conditioner, so you have to let them know to turn the heater off for your room. When you open windows, it is loud and noisy.

Hotel Was good value for money , staff were helpful. Only downside was our shower drain didn’t work so flooded the bathroom. We asked for it to be fixed but unfortunately , for some reason it wasn’t fixed.

Room was clean with modern decor, Reception area and complimentary drinks were nice.

We had a great room. Everything was amazing until the second night. Our room had a banging noise. A sound not loud, but super annoying when trying to sleep. The staff was great in trying to get us to another room that room was worse with the boise from the ventilation system. So we decided to stay in the original rom. And there was no boise banging the

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as described. It was in a great location, within easy walking distance to shops restaurants and museums. We would definitely recommend!
