バングラデシュのスタッフはひどい…とても残念… 彼にカスタマーサービスとは何かを教えてください。もし彼が祈っているなら、バングラデシュの人、祈っていると書かれたボードを置いてください。

素敵な体験でした。普通の二段ベッドよりも良かったです。とても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。周辺もとても素敵でした。ただ、カプセルのドアの音がかなり大きくて、テレビが映らなかったのが残念でした。でも、全体的にはとても良い滞在でした！

แคปซูล โฮเทล ในไชน่าทาวน์ KL ที่พักสวยงาม มีมุมถ่ายรูปสวยๆเยอะมาก ในตรีมอวกาศ ที่พักตั้งอยู่ใกล้ สถานี LRT หาของกินบนถนนไชน่าทาวน์ สะดวกสบาย

Hotelnya sangat bersih dan nyaman, wangi.

Location and services are good but washroom wasn’t clean, AC inside the pod wasn’t cooling well. The common area needs improvement.

Hotel ini hanya sangat dekat dengan petaling street, banyak tempat makan di sekitar. Pesan double bed ternyata kamar private bukan shared room. Interior hotel sangat unik bertema luar angkasa, disediakan kostum untuk berfoto di area lobby. Kamar mandi bersih dengan air panas.

Kamar bagus, lucu, AC juga dingin tapi sayang sekali air di kamar mandi sangat sangat kecil.

checked in with difficulties. hotel said they do not have capsules for males, only females. informed them that I have made payment and confirmed with agent, as during booking they have general ones and also females. they made me called agent after 15 minutes, I was about to leave the hotel, and the staff suddenly said that there is a last minute cancellation, and they can accommodate me. gave me a pod on 2nd floor and found out that the locker was broken. I am so tired that I would want to argue or go back to 3rd floor check in counter to complain, as all I need was a place to sleep and I have to work the next morning. stated this place so many times and cant believe this happened.

Ruangannya bersih dan mantap luar biasa.

Can reach the nearest station for 7 minutes walk. They need you to pay a deposit and will refund after you return the key card. The capsule is nice but the bed a little thin. They provide a medium towel, hairdryer & sandals. Nice 24h service, they upgraded my room free of charge and give facemask too. You still can keep your luggage and refill your bottle after checkout time.

Good location, quite comfortable, staff was quite friendly as well, could do with thicker mattress though.

what a nice concept. I stayed for 5 nights.. what a nice capsule, clean, has TV even I did't use it because mostly was Chinese channels. bathroom was clean with soap and shampoo. close to chinatown, central market, lrt, mrt and go kl Pasar seni.

Sangat nyaman berada di sini. Anak-anak senang dengan konsep hotelnya. Ke Petaling Street hanya 3 menit jalan kaki, tempat makan banyak dan staff hotel sangat ramah.

I love this accommodation, friendly staff, clean capsule, location wise. Only setback, towels, too small. At least what they can do, if this is budget accommodation, charge a fee for bath towel, I am sure people will appreciate. Travellers normally don't carry towels when they travel.

Staf oke. ada laundry coin. dekat chinatown jl petaling. ke LRT Pasar Seni 10-15menit Jalan Capsule seperti biasa (krn sy sdh pernah). Kalau menurut anda murah dan butuh dorm yang tertutup atau lebih privasi ini oke gpp, tapi kalau ga butuh begitu privasi dan ingin berbaur pake yang ranjang tingkat biasa banyak yang lebih murah misalnya PODS Backpacker di KL Sentral atau Natalia Guesthouse di Chinatown juga. Harga 3 malam disini bisa jadi seminggu di Natalia Guesthouse Chinatown.
