Rumah luas, bersih, cantik dan selesa, mesin basuh je problem dan host tak inform awal-awal pasal mesin basuh rosak tu. Proses check in dan check out sangat mudah, host quite responsive dan ramah.

Nice suite with the city view and good owner. Just, the guest need to navigate the house by yourself start from receiving the keys, go to the entire car park until reach the house unit. For the parents with the kids, need to make sure not making any noise.

It was nice staying here, all the check in and check out process very convenient. The place is clean and neat. It would be nice if host can add curtain/window sticker at the kitchen's window near the sink. Overall it was really comfortable staying here, surely will come and stay here again next time.

Awalnya pesimis nginap di apartment, maklum saya terbiasa menginap di hotel yang mana ada receptionist jadi mudah untuk check-in dan check-out. Menurut saya, meski tidak ada receptionist, Casa RV cukup tanggap. Dari perihal check-in, dia mengirimkan WA berisikan video dan gambar agar mudah dimengerti cara check-in dan check-outnya. Lalu pada saat melihat apartment, kamar dan kamar mandinya pun tidak mengecewakan. Ruangannya luas, dan sofanya pun jika mau bisa ditiduri. Tapi yang terpenting bagi saya adalah kebersihan. Kamar mandinya bersih, kamar bersih dan ruangan lainnya bersih. Serta peralatan yang disediakan cukup jika kita mau memasak dan mencuci pakaian sendiri. Menurut saya sangat recommend.
