We really enjoyed our stay. The only bummer was that we seemed to be near a tent with teenagers and kids that were quite loud between 9 pm and 11 pm on a weekday.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We had a Stargazer tent and the view above the bed was incredible, we even got to see meteors one night! We now want to go and check out some of the other Under Canvas locations, it was top notch!

My first “yurt” experience was a great one. Nice common areas, cozy tents, friendly staff & healthy, delicious food options in the restaurant. I would definitely stay again at another Under Canvas

This place is AMAZING! Staff is incredibly accommodating, the tents are clean and nicely appointed, the food and selections are high quality, and the overall resort convenient to every national park. Incredible!!

Beautiful setting, amenities were great. Live music was a nice touch.

Under the Canvas experience is something everyone should try. The luxurious tent was spatious, well decorated and with a very good bed. Camping like this becomes fun!

Comfortable bed, shower/bathroom area could be cleaner. More shelves in shower area for towels clothes and toiletries. Awesome view of Mt. Rushmore.

We liked the food and drink options available. The tent was terrible for sleeping- the bed was creaky and noisy, the wind was whipping the sides of the tent against the bed making it impossible to sleep.

Great for campers that can't be too far from the washroom. A bit of a trek to get up to, but it's all worth it. Close to shopping and the Mt. Rushmore area.

Everything was beyond our expectations. From the provided s'mores, gas campfires, disc golf, hiking trail, room comfort, peaceful nights, delicious restaurant and bathroom/showers - we'll be back!

A great experience as long as you know what to expect. Did not expect lack of electricity in tent, only small battery powered fans to beat the heat. Very rough terrain to tent, dangerous for elderly. Tent and bathroom clean, except for cowhide on the floor. Staff great, loved being able to bring our dog to dinner. She rated the stay “incredible”!

The property was nice and the tent was well shaded and spacious. We werent allowed to have food in the tent which made it a little tricky for families with dogs that are staying multiple days
