ショートステイだとジムは使えないと言われました。最初から正しい情報をだしてほしいです

まだ新しいので部屋は清潔、高層階に泊まり眺めもよく居心地はよいので何もなければ良いレビューになったがセキュリティに問題があり一緒に泊まった友人は財布を盗まれてしまった。 部屋のドアが重く強く押さないときちんと閉まらない。オートロックでもなく鍵もかかりにくいがホテルではないからかフロントからはチェックイン時にドアや鍵に関する注意は何もなかった。 何者かに部屋に侵入されリビングにあったバッグから財布を盗まれたが、チェックイン時にドアの不具合や鍵について説明があればこちらも滞在中気をつけたと思う。 トイレや洗面所もあるシャワールーム、寝室のいずれにも鍵がないのも違和感があった。 防犯カメラはロビーとエレベーターにはあるが各フロアにはない。 日本人は特に気をつけてください」

A nice apartment with all the things needed to feel at home. Washer and dryer was handy and so was having a kitchen to cook some basic meals. There was AC in the living room but none in the bedrooms which proved to be a bit challenging during days that were quite hot. Only one electric fan provided - I would recommend to put 1 in each room. The location was very convenient for what we needed. Would recommend to replace the rug and couch in the living room as these are both lookiing a bit ragged.

We loved staying at Spencer street apartments and will be coming back in the future.

Only one lift was working at check-in, which isn't ideal to fit everyone together to get to our floor with everyone needing that lift

The personnel were so nice! They waited late for us, and we're incredibly helpful. Having a manned reception desk made things very smooth. The flat is clean and simple and has a great view; everything we needed. Really happy with our stay.

Bed lamp in bedroom didn’t go. Both toilets were absolutely filthy, extremely unhygienic.

We had an amazing stay. Friendly staff with loads of knowledge to share being our first time to visit Melbourne.

Great apartment with easy access to the city and transport. Very safe and secure place.

We were very disappointed when we first walked in the apartment. The apartment itself was listed as a superior apartment and was in a completely different building and 200m walk away from the check-in at 392 Spencer St. Some of the furniture in the room had chips/damage and tardy although the positives are that the room had a washer/dryer, full sized fridge and a decent sofa and was a decent size. The bathrooms were both well equipped with fantastic showers with hot water and strong pressure. However, the bedrooms are very small and the King Sized bedroom was actually two single beds pushed together and there was no room to get into the bed from one side..

The apartment was great and clean however we booked and stayed at this accomodation because it stated there was a pool. We were advised we didn’t have access to the pool because we were in a one bedroom apartment and the kids were very upset. I would have booked elsewhere if I’d known.

Enjoyed the stay. One downside was as soon as you come out of your room into hallway smelt like an Indian Restaurant.

The communication was terrible,through lies and deception. We stayed 1 night ONLY because we had to rather then the week we had booked. The bathroom had a lot of mould. lies on having a pool or gym as advertised. Reception and manager were both extremely rude/not friendly, putting the blame on us. Highly wouldnt recommend booking there. Serval families checking in at the same time complained and were disappointed also.

The unit was quite spacious, staff welcoming and had everything we needed. Beds comfy but the unit itself smelt like a smoker’s unit. The hallways also stunk. We were there for a funeral and not there for that long so didn’t have an opportunity to ask for a change of unit.
