Good location. Friendly staff fresh breakfast

Good location with views of the harbour at the front. Stephen was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early as we had arrangements in Belfast. Our room was spacious with a table and chairs at the window and a small sofa as well as a really comfortable bed. The whole building was clean and cosy with patios for guests looking towards the sea. The continental breakfast was varied and substantial with cereals, fruit, yoghurts, many different breads. A great way to start the day! Would define stay here again as it was great value and only a short walk from the train station.

Very charming and helpful staff, very good room, we had the one with the sea view, fast internet, on street parking, easily available after 3/4 pm, fast internet, in room heating very comfortable, sumptuous continental breakfast. Lift in hotel very helpful for heavy luggage.

I couldn't fault this place it was clean tidy had everything we needed .We had a great view. The staff were excellent getting us a taxi and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had a good choice and was lovely. It is situated by the marina so lots of nice walks would definitely go there again and were able to park right outside

We liked the location and quiet and the elevator!

The room was clean. A bit small and decor was simple. Room lighting could be improved upon. Bathroom was large but we had trouble getting a hot shower. UK shower arrangements are often a puzzle. Separate hot water switches and not in the bathroom. Instructions would help for those guests that are unfamiliar. Bathroom flooring was vinyl planks which I don’t think are intended for showers as the floor was bouncy in the shower. Location was fantastic. Parking was available, free, and in front. A bit of a haul up to the front door for heavy luggage.

It’s a family owned business. Very kind and polite. Breakfast was delicious. Our room had a great view of the bay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. Walking distance from stores and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and wanted to help in as many ways as possible. Recommend this stay to all who would like to visit Northern Ireland.

Continential breakfast was lovely. Staff helpful. Bed lumpy, hard, pillows flat.

We had a lovely stay and our room was clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the marina. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and we would definitely go back. Would massively recommend!

Stayed as a single traveller felt safe and very welcome. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room has a fantastic view of the marina and was warm and well equipped. I would definitely recommend!

What an amazing place. Very quaint building. Was made to feel like we were at home the moment we walked in. Steve is an amazing manager and made us smile and laugh as soon as we walked in. The breakfast in the morning is small but perfect for the setting. The return guests we met are all wonderful and see why they keep coming back

We loved our stay here. We were allowed early check-in because we were exhausted. The room was very clean and warm. They had towel warmers in the bathroom, and the staff were very friendly and provided to go breakfast because we were leaving early would definitely recommend

Staff super friendly, even made us up a early breakfast to pick up from their fridge as we were leaving at 4am for the airport.... And bedroom had great view over Bangor waterfront and marina.

Nice room which was clean, good view of the the harbour, decent options for breakfast, good location. Overall very pleasant stay and Steven was a gentleman. Just the pillows weren't to my liking but that's a personal preference.

The room was spotless andbthe staff was top notch
