2020.1.4 場所：首都バレッタの中心あたり。路地の間にあり、可愛い小道やバルやお土産屋さんもすぐ目の前に。 お部屋：オフシーズンだからかお姉さんの慈悲心か、無料でアップグレードして下さった。とてもとても綺麗で素敵だった。窓からカーテンがサラッとなびいて、大きなベットと大理石の床とシンプルなのに西洋風な作りの部屋と家具に感動した。 部屋の窓：マルタの可愛い路地や家がすぐ目の前に見えて、人通りを見たり、特別な感じを味わえた。窓も大きくとても可愛い。 お風呂：安定の清潔さ、明るく造りも可愛い。自分の顔が拡大できる鏡が付いてて有難い。 朝ごはん：素敵で天井の高いロビーの横の朝ごはんコーナー。ブッフェで店員さんが大きな窓のパネルの向こうにいてお洒落で可愛らしいスペース。ゆっくり出来たし、他の、少し注文があったお客様にとても丁寧に対応していた優秀なスタッフがいた。 スタッフ：皆素敵。受付のお姉さんがとても親切で気さくで、チェックイン２時間前位に荷物だけ預けようとしたら、チェックインは１時間後よって教えてくれてウェルカムドリンクを屋上綺麗だからで飲んでみてと勧めてくれ、とても綺麗なバレッタの街と海が見れる屋上でシャンパン飲ませて下さった。すぐ近くの美術館ミューザに行く前に身も心も軽くなった。男性のスタッフの方もおかえりーって言ってくれたり、自分の癖を真似して手をブンブン振ってくれたり、高級感のあるホテルなのにスタッフさんの気さくな距離感と丁寧さも兼ね備えた上でのそれ以上の接客やコミュニケーション能力の高さと優しさに、とてもほっとできた。 マルタの人は人にも猫にもとても優しい気がする。

景観良し、お部屋も広く、ダブルシンクでトイレは扉がついているので、気兼ねなく利用できるのはありがたいです。 しかし、棚や引き出しが少なく長期には難しいかも。 また、シャワールームからの水漏れがひどく、さらに浴槽とシャワールームの距離が2.5メートルほど離れているので移動が難しく、床が滑って怖かった。

５０２室に泊まりました。眺めは最高です！向こう岸にあるスリーシティーズが見えて夕景や夜景を独り占めできます。花火もよく見えて空が賑やかです。鐘の音が良く聞こえます。あとはとても静かです。 建物は４００年前のものらしいですが内装デザインは今風にしてあるから男でも居心地良いです。家具もダサくないし。５０２室は唯一バルコニーがある部屋です。デッキチェアが２台、テーブルもあるので寛げます。下の階はプールがありますので入っている人とは目が合ったりします。 部屋にはスリッパがあります。冷蔵庫は小さいがよく冷えます。ミニバー全部出して使いました。 困ったのは冷房と風呂場。とにかく冷房が強い。２８度自動にしても寒いです。部屋のカギを抜くと止まるので外出から帰った時は暑いです。チョコとか要注意かも。バスタブにあるシャワーは天井からと伸縮ホースの２本。デザイン優先のためか浴槽の縁にたまったシャワーのしぶきが床に伝わってかなりの洪水になります。バスマットもスリッパも水浸しになるので困りました。歯も磨けなくなるほど全体が大洪水です。 アクセスと立地は良いと思います。バスで来た人は坂道をくだるだけでホテルに着くので楽ですが、途中坂が階段になるのでスーツケース引く人は車道に出ても気を付けてください。帰りはタクシーがオススメです。ホテルで呼んでもらいホテルで支払うシステムです。早朝の便で出発したのですごい楽でした。美味しいレストランやスーパーにもアクセスが良いです。 バレッタ自体は１日で観光を終えられる大きさなのでバス停にも近いこのホテルをオススメします。マルサショロックやコミノ島、イムジーナ、スーリマなど遠くまで足を延ばしてみるのもアリです。

午前早めに到着しました。荷物だけでも預かってもらおうと思いましたが、すぐにお部屋を用意していただけました。待っている間に上から降り注ぐ陽光と素敵なインテリアの中で出していただいたカプチーノが、本当に美味しくて驚きました。朝食もセレクトされたこだわりの食材で美味しく いただきました。滞在中に観光で坂道を歩き回り、ホテルに到着したとたん足にトラブルが発生し激痛で歩けなくなりました。すぐにスタッフたちが、心配して氷を用意してくださったり何か出来る事がある？と親身に対応していただき本当に心強かったです。次の日も、もう良くなった？大丈夫？と皆さんが声をかけてくださいました。客層は欧米系の年齢高めの方が多く静かに過ごせました。ホテル周辺はヴァレッタの中心部で、観光も食事も充実しています。親切なスタッフの皆さんにお礼を申し上げます。このホテルを選んで大正解でした。強くお勧めします。

ロケーションも良く、素晴らしい眺望でした。 食物アレルギーに対する対応も素晴らしかったです。

とても素晴らしいです。スタッフは親切で細やかなサービスです。また何もかもが素敵です。家具、寝具、料理の見せ方、アメニティーに至るまでセンス良すぎてウットリできます。アメニティーはモルタンブラウン♪ 5星のサービスだと思います。 屋上のカフェテラスから花火を間近で見る事が出来ました。また次、訪れた時もこちらに泊まりたいです。

Brilliant location for walking to centre of Valletta or to ferries . It is also on a city circular town bus if tired at end of a day sightseeing. Very friendly staff who went out of their way eg to heat up some water for an evening Lemsip! Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty but there's not much variety.

Excellent location. Staff were good (especially the night manager). Morning staff could have cleared used plates more quickly at breakfast. Breakfast was good, but shame no hot plates or simple eggs cooked to order available. We had the cheaper room, which opened out to the inner court yard was as expected, so no complaint. The room was a bit dull looking but ok, it was probably overdue a revamp. The bathroom was grim (room 202) with the shower and around the sink in much need of a deep clean at the very least, if not replacing altogether, I was surprised at how poor it was given the overall hotel rating. The location is perfect though, so if they could sort the bathroom, I would recommend. The person checking us out didn’t ask how our stay was, if not I would have raised it with them.

I booked the luxury penthouse with a king bed, and it exceeded every expectation. The views were simply breathtaking — overlooking the harbor and the Three Cities. Waking up to that panoramic scenery every morning felt surreal. The light coming in, the water, the boats… it was peaceful and magical at the same time. The penthouse itself was beautifully designed modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The king bed was incredibly cozy, and everything felt high-end and thoughtfully curated. It truly felt like a private retreat in the heart of Valletta. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. If you’re visiting Malta and want something special, I highly recommend staying in the penthouse. The views alone are worth it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely outstanding stay. Great service, perfect location, excellent breakfast and a truly charming hotel and room. From the moment I arrived I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful – you almost felt like part of the family rather than just a guest. That personal touch really makes a difference. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Valletta, with short and easy walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafés, sights, shops and the ferry. Despite being so central, the hotel feels calm and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and served in a very pleasant, peaceful environment. A great selection of local dishes, fresh fruit and pastries, as well as more international options. Fresh coffee served at your table on request is a lovely touch. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lots of character and charm. You can really feel the care that has gone into every detail. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone consistently went the extra mile to make my stay special and effortless. Small gestures, genuine smiles and a real willingness to help made this stay memorable. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valletta. A truly magical experience.
