部屋は広くて問題ないが、ドライヤーが壊れていた、アメニティを置く場所が無い。ゴミ箱が1個しか無い。スーツケースを広げる場所がない。部屋は綺麗で良いが、実用性に欠ける。

12室の小さなホテルですが、ラウンジもあり、便利な立地でした。　フロントスタッフ（日本に行きたいと言っていた青年）が教えてくれた MAZZE というレストランはとても美味しかったです。　テラスで食べた朝食は快適でした。リクエストした出来立てのオムレツは、大変美味しかったです（日によって添えられる野菜が違いました）。　部屋は、エアコン設定温度の微調整ができて良かった。ベッドの高さが高くて、腰かけると身長160㎝だと足が地面に届かず…。　外出する際に、親切な朝食スタッフは、「ピックポケットに気を付けてね！」と声をかけてくれました。気を付けてはいましたが、ローマからフィレンツェへ移動する日、最寄りのバルベリーニ駅から地下鉄に乗る時、あからさまなスリに遭遇しました。テルミニ駅で降りると、ボディーバッグのファスナーが2か所開いていて驚きました（あからさまに怪しい態度の男の横にいたカップルがスリの仲間だった）が、幸い被害は何もなかったです。

宿泊前からホテル側より、空港からホテルのタクシーを手配しようか？との連絡が入り、個人旅行で不安だったので大変助かりました。 ホテルはスイートを取ったので広くてキレイで満足でした。 朝食は屋上のテラスで頂きましたが、ここは最高に良かったです！ 3人部屋だったのに、グラスやバスタオルのセットが2セットしかなかったのが少し残念でした。

とても満足度の高いホテルでした。 今回泊まったのはスタンダード ダブルルーム (Internal view)です。 良かった点 ・駅やスーパーが近くにあること ・部屋がオシャレで清潔なこと ・ドライヤーがコンセント式で風量が強いこと ・朝食の種類が多く、その場で卵料理を作ってくれること(こちらは別途20€) ・テレビでAmazonプライム、YouTubeなどが視聴できるようになっていること ・タオルの枚数が多いこと ・スタッフさんの対応が親切で丁寧なこと ・ホテル入口に鍵がかかっていて、セキュリティー面も安心なこと ・エレベーターが広いこと(2名で90Lのスーツケースを持っていても余裕がある) ・90Lのスーツケース2つを広げても余裕があるくらい部屋が広いこと 改善を求める点 ・シャワールーム使用後に床が水浸しになること(イタリア国内で別のホテルにも泊まりましたが、だいたい水漏れするものだと思った方がいいようです。シャワールームをタオルで囲めば防げました。) 場所が少しわかりにくいですが、その分セキュリティー面も安心です。1階に透明なドアがあり、インターホンを押してスタッフさんを呼ぶと鍵を開けてくれます。 またローマに訪れる際にはこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

口コミがあまり良くなかったですが、駅から近く、治安、観光、お買い物にもよいエリアだったので利用しました。 結果、最高のホテルでした！ホテルの設備面もよく、フリードリンク、フリーWi-FI、趣味のよいアンティーク家具や絵画に囲まれてゆとりのある時間を満喫できました。朝食のテラスからの眺めも素敵です♪ また機会があったら利用したいです！ 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

Very clean and very roomy and had a special ‘closet’ to unfold two suitcases. Very convenient.

The room style and cleanliness, and the location were highlights of this hotel, which I had known based on my prior research and the description of others was accurate. However, if you have an adjoining room, you can hear everything coming from that room--television, full on conversations, etc. The other downside is that the hotel does not provide the typical creature-comforts of U.S. based hotels--no luggage service; no slippers/robe, no central lobby. It reminded me of an Air BNB or a stay at someone's home.

Não existe recepção, o interfone não funciona, acredito que para quem tem dificuldade de comunicação não é uma boa, você tem que ligar para o hotel para abrirem a porta, o quarto estava empoeirado nos detalhes bandejas, copos, abajur e até hoje estou esperando a chave do cofre, a comunicado foi fácil com Lúcio do resto ninguém sabia nada…nada estava no sistema paguei o imposto da cidade quando cheguei para a senhora responsável e ela na deu baixa, uma confusão…café da manhã já estava pago ela queria me cobrar novamente uma falta de preparo e descaso mesmo

We had a lovely stay . The views are stunning from the property. The breakfast was very nice if basic. Staff very pleasant. Access road is the width of one car so complicated if you meet an oncoming vehicle. Overall its four stars. Rooms large but quite basic, only Italian tv channels and poor quality towels and shower products.

En general bien, nuestra habitación cómoda, pero poca iluminación natural. Excelente el desayuno, y en especial la atención de su encargado Piero, todo fresco, fiambres y quesos cortados en el momento.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Palazzo Caruso and the reception staff were all helpful and friendly during our stay. We had a beautiful suite, the bed was huge, very comfortable and we had an amazing view of the Titon Fountain! The shower was really powerful and there was lovely shampoo, conditioner and shower wash in addition to liquid soap and body lotion. Hotel decor was lovely and the original ceiling beams were beautifully decorated, which particularly appealed to me. Breakfast was great and could be taken on the small rooftop terrace, though we chose to stay indoors in the heat! Piero, our breakfast host, was chatty and informative and freshly prepared omelettes and scrambled eggs, to accompany the 'continental breakfast', in addition to making all sorts of delicious cakes. Hotel location was cenoral to many of Romes amazing places of interest and was perfect for us, as we love to walk between sites, but also be close to the metro. We are looking forward to staying at Palazzo Caruso again next year and would highly recommend it.

This hotel was absolutely excellent and one of my favorites from my 10-day trip through Italy. The location in Rome was perfect — a nice mix of tourist attractions and local life. We were able to walk to beautiful parks, the Trevi Fountain, and great shopping. The staff was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the team worked seamlessly together — helping with our luggage, making check-in and check-out smooth, and providing truly white-glove service. Typically boutique hotels don’t have a lot of staff, but this team still made us feel completely taken care of, which was very much appreciated. Our room was spotless, spacious, and calming, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom — perfect for getting real rest after a busy day exploring. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with plenty of options plus fresh chef-prepared items like omelets and eggs. Overall, this hotel felt like a well-oiled machine that never came across as pushy, just genuinely welcoming. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

A few minutes walk to most places you want to see. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Many food options in the area.
