The room we had was not like the photos and the description on hotels.com wasn't accurate. We booked a room with a queen size bed but it was a double. We told the receptionist but he told us all the rooms are the same. Not as spacious as they look in the photos at all. You can hear people's voices next door and very clearly. Too clearly. It could get very disturbing. We wanted to stay at a place with a kitchen so we could cook, and it does have a kitchen but hard to cook. There is a small pot and a pan but no cutting board, no ladle or spatula or tongs no... The wifi wasn't great either. There are a lot of restaurants near by and you can walk to most of the attractions.

The facilities were very comfortable and we knew exactly what to expect. It was helpful that the desk was staffed 24/7 to enable us to leave luggage after arriving early in Budapest in the morning. Check in was only between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, which meant interrupting our sightseeing to come back to check in. With the desk being staffed all the time, I don't see why they could not be more flexible.

Location was perfect. At the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions such as New York cafe, ruins bar, metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Some small details needs an uplift but it was totally fine. We didn't have any problem. Super comfy like our own house. Also very quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful.

As always a comfortable stay at Quality Point Apt, not newest furniture or decor but everything works and super location. Only issue/headache, WiFi is unstable in room 22 because of channel overlap

Great small apartment.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Ikea modern with everything you need. Small balcony and 20 steps to a ton of delicious dining options. We walked to everything except the thermal bath area which was 10 mins on metro. Parking was expensive but underground and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They were able hold our luggage before and after checkout. A great location, near the metro, many great eateries and attractions. Appreciated access to laundry.

Centrally located and spacious apartments nice big balcony, just be aware that it can be noisy with apartment facing Paulay Ede Utca until 1-2 in the night.

Appartement et cadre très agréable : surface, meuble, équipement (lave vaisselle, lave linge...), gardien... Un seul point d'amélioration concerne le manque de plats qui vont au four... Au final excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec un accueil sympathique.

Localisation et accueil très bien Équipements global bien mais ustensile de cuisine un peu léger ( 2 cuillères fourchette …) literie vraiment pas terrible

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien situé. Accueil très sympathique que ce soit à l’arrivée ou au départ. Un seul point serait à corriger : absence de volets ou de rideaux occultants car le jour commence tôt à Budapest…

Did not find initial contact on arrival particularly friendly. On entering the apartment I could smell smoke. Opened windows and waited but could still smell it. So back to reception and was offered alternative. I asked if it was nice which was confirmed. It turned out to be a studio not an apartment. I complained about this. Eventually they offered for me to stay in this one night and be moved to another apartment the next day. That night I could hear loud conversations and laughter from neighbouring apartment. At midnight I phoned reception to ask them to speak to the people and incredulously it was suggested I should do it to which I said I'd prefer if they did it. Obviously the noise didn't stop till indeed I did go and ask them for quiet...... Moved to new 2 bed apartment the next day which admittadly was much better. However the slats on main bed were broken. I informed them of this but an effective repair still wasn't made on my departure 2 days later. Overall the apartments felt tired and in need of a refit.

Очень довольна апартаментами! Невероятно удобная локация. Любой транспорт под рукой, все в доступности 5-10 минут. Брали проездные, поэтому катались даже там, где идти было 5 мин. комната чистая, только ванная комната не без чужих волос под шкафом. Все необходимое есть. На кухне бы добавила разделочную доску, так как кто-то уже ножом столешницу порисовал) удобная кровать, спала, как младенец. Никаких звуков, полная тишина. Никто не лезет с вопросами, пришёл-ушёл.заходили менять полотенца и мусор выбрасывать, когда нас не было. В общем, рекомендую!
