静かな環境で、景色の良い場所にあり、ゆっくりできました。チェックインの際に、スパやサウナがあることを説明してくれなかったのが残念でした。他のお客さんの様子を見て知りました。スパやサウナは、とても気持ちが良かったです。施設はとても綺麗で、清潔でした。朝ごはんも、美味しかったです。

Relatively new hotel. Rooms has very strange floor plan. microscobic bathroom. That is VERY unusual for a 4 star hotel. Also very unusual for Iceland. Restaurant has good atmosphere and have potential, but food lack seasoning like simple salt and pepper. We had ribey steaks. Not salted at all. That's one example in many. It's like a lot of the small details is missing. They want to be a modern hotel, but they are not 100% there yet. Staff friendly and seems they want to do things correct. But my guess is its local young people that lack training

My family and I loved this hotel! The hotel staff was so friendly and kind. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The rooms, the views, the food, everything comes together to build a beautiful experience. Recommend this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and we loved the 2 x thermal hot tubs kept at 2 different temperatures! Dinner was a little pricey so we make up for up at the breakfast buffet the next morning!

Herbergið var mjög fínt, þægilegt rúm og allt mjög snyrtilegt. Morgunmaturinn var góður. Veitingastaðurinn flottur og maturinn fullkominn. Starfsfólkið var einstaklega vinalegt og glaðlegt. Frábær dvöl í alla staði.

Helpful staff and nice hot tub area. Views from breakfast were amazing.

The room was modern and nice. We were impressed by the restaurants dinner, and the pleasant servers. It was probably the best food I have had on our vacation across Iceland. Breakfast was also great.

Did not get the vip, front desk wasn't familiar with the program or benefits Only stayed one night it was fine for what we needed , dinner and breakfast were great

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and the hot tubs and sauna were a nice relaxing way to unwind after traveling.
