水上コテージの部屋、レストラン、その他の共有施設を含めて、リゾート内のすべてのものが綺麗でした。スタッフもみなさんフレンドリーで、滞在期間中は快適におもてなしをしてくれました。食事も全般的に美味しいです。オールインクルーシブプラン内で楽しめるワインリストがとても充実しています。

出来て二年目の新しいリゾート。スタッフのサービスが良く、笑顔が印象的。 ビュッフェの料理スタッフはこれから腕も上がっていくでしょう。 これぞリゾート！を経験出来ました。

Very nice resort with a friendly, accommodating staff who go above and beyond. Their dive program is handled with the utmost professionalism and I felt safe diving with them. The villas are kept clean and fresh every morning and with a turn down service at night. Several restaurants are on site, as well as the buffet. The resort is in very good condition. Bicycles are included with each villa which makes getting around very easy. Each villa has a villa host who is very helpful. Everything is scheduled via an app which made it super easy to book dinner and spa reservations. Highly recommend!

Best honeymoon we could've asked for!

A great all inclusive property to stay at. All the staff are really welcoming & polite. Our host was Elena and she was really fabulous in making sure we enjoy our stay at Emerald and helped to create all itineraries at the resort.

Absolutely wonderful! Villas were beautiful! The most gorgeous bathrooms and the best views! The service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

THIS WILL BE ONE OF MANY REVIEWS. There are no words to express how EXCELLENT the service is. NONE. The manager Rohit has a finely tuned well oiled machine. We travel the world and have been to over 100 resorts and hotels. They are BY FAR the best. Our Butler/organizer/manager Chafiu Is THE STANDARD IN HOSPITALITY. A grade of 10 across the board does this resort ZERO credibility. We booked a return trip already. If your looking for your finest stay in a luxury setting... BOOK THE EMERALD. I miss them already. PS I don't leave reviews. I'm going this from the airport heading home...

Fantastic resort, good food, they paid close attention to my husband diet restriction (gluten free) and adapted as needed.

Pure paradise awaits. A dream of a resort with stunning views, AMAZING Staff (thank you Wisham), delicious foods, endless activities, shopping and more. Did I mention paradise? :) Getting around is easy, as you can be picked up in a golf cart, or ride around on bikes parked right outside your villa (which I loved!) I will definitely be back.

We have the over water villa with private pool. We truely enjoyed it as we can take quick dips in the warm pool every morning and before bed. It's more expensive compare to villa without pool but totally worth it.

Fayaz did a great job However the food was not prepared well enough, especially the fish dry and tasteless, beef not aged.

Excellent services; very responsive to every request and need we have; I wish the restaurants have air condition. The food esp. dinner choices are so so. The beef ( steak ) was not good quality. Overall Emerald is still a great resort property.

Everything that I can think of is definitely 5 star and beyond, Emerald just needs to improve a bit of dining quality, taste is 4 star, beef is less than 3 star

Everything was fantastic, the choice and quality of food was amazing, the service was great and the staff very friendly and always helpful. I can absolutly recommend this resort ans I`m looking forward when I visit the maldives the next time to stay there again

Emerald Maldives was 10 out of 10 stars for my husband and I! We stayed at the Water Villa with Jacuzzi. From the moment we got in touch with their Reservation team prior to the arrival, I asked a bunch of questions from seaplane, weather, food/restaurant options, etc. The moment we arrived at Male airport, we had someone take us to the Seaplane ticket counter, then to the shuttle bus to take us to the seaplane terminal. Once we arrived at the seaplane terminal, we got to enjoy an hour ish at the lounge till our departure. Our seaplane ride was about 45-50 minutes as we had to stop at 2 resorts prior to arriving at Emerald. We arrived at the resort and we had a nice welcome with some music and champagne. Once we relaxed for a bit, we met with our villa host Shiham and he took us to the check-in reception then took a quick tour of the island then to our water villa. Everything was great! From the friendly staffs to the food, we enjoyed everything! The villas were super clean and I cannot thank all the staffs there as everything went smoothly from start to finish. They also decorated the bed to say “Welcome” with leaves and champagne when we arrived and then the day before we were leaving, they decorated saying “Happy Honeymoon!” and also they added some flowers in the bathtub. We hope we can visit again one day but I definitely recommend Emerald Maldives!!

Incredible service. Extremely well managed. I’m 60 years young and have tremendous travel experience. This has to be one of the best managed hotels ever. Food selection is phenomenal, extremely high quality. Staff goes out of its way to please you. Just can’t say enough great things about this place.
