I stayed in a room with a terrace, and the room was spacious and had a separate toilet and shower, so I was very comfortable. There is a common space just outside the room, and at first I got the impression that it was a boutique hotel that was very cozy and well-coordinated. In terms of location, it's close to the San Blas area and Belmont-related hotels, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away to the south, so it's in the perfect location to walk around safely. I went out to Almas and restaurants at night, but I didn't feel any danger at all. The man at the reception (owner?) was also very pleasant and sent me off with a smile. Especially on New Year's Eve, the Plaza de Armas is filled with festivities, so it was close enough to see them, and we were able to see a lot of fireworks from the terrace. It's not facing Plaza de Armas, so there's no noise and it's very comfortable. There is hot water and there is no problem with heating. In the case of the room with a terrace that I got, I think it is reasonable for the contents, and I would like to stay it again if I go to Cusco again.

The staff was super attentive. The room was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect and close to all the main places we wanted to visit.

Nice affordable stay in good location. I could tell that the hotel was a bit old and could be maintained better but overall had a nice stay and appreciated the hotel for providing me with an oxygen machine when I needed one. Only major complaint was the shower. Some mornings there wasn’t hot water

Location is perfect for a stay in Cusco, in the heart of the historical center. The room with a balcony was really nice and comfortable. This is a 3-storey walk-up; be ready to get your bags to your room. Breakfast was nice and convenient.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Arcángel in Cusco. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any needs or accommodations we had during our visit. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

The hotel is in the good location. Very close to main area of tourist site. The bed is comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The only problem is the room a bit cold and also if you want to shower have to wait about 5 minutes for the hot water to come. Other than that everything else is ok.

Most of them seemed to have three common issues: too much noise, hot water problems, and poor staff attitude. I experienced none of these here. There was hot water every single day without exception. The breakfast was great, and every morning they served us coffee, tea, and juice. They cleaned our room thoroughly every day. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel’s location was excellent and it was very easy to reach everywhere from there. While we were doing our 5-day trekking tour, they safely stored our belongings, and when we came back, our suitcases were already brought to our room and our key was ready for us. They even prepared breakfast for us on the days we had to wake up early for our daily tours. I found a level of service and kindness in this hotel that I could not even find in many European countries. If I ever come back, this would definitely be the hotel I would stay at again. There was also a young guy at the reception with curly hair — I especially want to thank him because his English was very clear and easy to understand.

Good value .

A lovely hotel just a short walk from the main square in Cusco, so very convenient. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We booked the Junior Suite, which had a living room area, providing us with lots of space. It was also very quiet for sleeping.
