I stayed in a room with a terrace, and the room was spacious and had a separate toilet and shower, so I was very comfortable. There is a common space just outside the room, and at first I got the impression that it was a boutique hotel that was very cozy and well-coordinated. In terms of location, it's close to the San Blas area and Belmont-related hotels, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away to the south, so it's in the perfect location to walk around safely. I went out to Almas and restaurants at night, but I didn't feel any danger at all. The man at the reception (owner?) was also very pleasant and sent me off with a smile. Especially on New Year's Eve, the Plaza de Armas is filled with festivities, so it was close enough to see them, and we were able to see a lot of fireworks from the terrace. It's not facing Plaza de Armas, so there's no noise and it's very comfortable. There is hot water and there is no problem with heating. In the case of the room with a terrace that I got, I think it is reasonable for the contents, and I would like to stay it again if I go to Cusco again.

There were lots of shops and restaurant ideal location

Before coming to Cusco, I researched all the centrally located hotels and used AI to evaluate every possibility. Most of them seemed to have three common issues: too much noise, hot water problems, and poor staff attitude. I experienced none of these here. There was hot water every single day without exception. The breakfast was great, and every morning they served us coffee, tea, and juice. They cleaned our room thoroughly every day. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel’s location was excellent and it was very easy to reach everywhere from there. While we were doing our 5-day trekking tour, they safely stored our belongings, and when we came back, our suitcases were already brought to our room and our key was ready for us. They even prepared breakfast for us on the days we had to wake up early for our daily tours. I found a level of service and kindness in this hotel that I could not even find in many European countries. If I ever come back, this would definitely be the hotel I would stay at again. There was also a young guy at the reception with curly hair — I especially want to thank him because his English was very clear and easy to understand.

Good value .

A lovely hotel just a short walk from the main square in Cusco, so very convenient. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We booked the Junior Suite, which had a living room area, providing us with lots of space. It was also very quiet for sleeping.
