老舗の建物・造作が古いことは当たり前で、その古いものにしかるべき手を加えて今どきの感覚でも快適に過ごせるようにされていらっしゃることに敬意を覚えました。 女将さん、若女将さん、仲居さん、どなたの接遇も心地良いものでした。 夕食も朝食も手間かけることを惜しんでいない御料理という印象でとても満足しました。 また訪れたいお宿です。

スタッフの方々、旅館の雰囲気、お食事どれもとても良かったです。しかし、夕御飯が19時までという説明がHPや事前説明など無かったので記載しておくと分かりやすいと感じました。

Me and my friend stayed here one night and we were completely blown away by just about everything this place had to offer. The grounds are small and intimate but meticulously taken care of. You feel like you stepped into a different time or even a movie set. We saw two wedding parties here; one when we were checking in and one in the evening but it didn't feel intrusive. Someone met us at the gate for check out (we were a little late :( if you book here you should try to come right at 4pm), she walked us through the grounds and to our room, we received a complementary tea and light snack and we were asked what time we wanted dinner and breakfast and when we wanted to use the private bath facilities. Me and my friend both have tattoos and because it was a private bath it was no problem. The bath facilities included a japanese traditional hot room (dry sauna), toilet, shower, hot bath and counter for face care. The dinner was ten courses and it was incredibly fresh and delicious- very fish heavy though so if you dont like fish you may not like everything. The woman who served us dinner was so friendly and kind! We ended up talking about our cats and sharing photos once we broke through the polite server-customer barrier. The view from our room was overlooking the water and we could hear the water while we relaxed in the room. We never saw any other guests on the premises so we truly felt like we had the place to ourselves. Absolutely incredible experience!! Thank you so much!

This is the perfect place for an authentic Japanese experience. The staff are wonderful and the meals are superb. Tranquil surroundings with a 5 star multi-course meals each day for breakfast and dinner. The sauna and hot baths were great for winding down after a day of touring. Touring was easy because bus lines and train lines are nearby. We were sorry to leave the Tea House and really hope to return some day.

We had a lovely stay at the Heihachi Tea House Inn. We only stayed for one night, but the service was excellent. They were so welcoming to us! The booking including breakfast and dinner, although that was not made clear by hotels.com. We had a delicious traditional Japanese meal in a private room. The Inn is a bit out of the way, so I would recommend going and really enjoying the Inn itself. We would stay again!
