周りに店がたくさんあり、ロケーションは最高でした。 カードキーが１つしかないのて、２人が別々に出かけることができなかった。 シャワーブースに石鹸やシャンプーを置く場所が無いのが不便であった。

The a/c needs service!! It keeps shutting down in room 9. Bedding and surfaces are clean. Carpet/floor very dirty. Hard beds and pillows. No elevator, narrow hallways and no ventilation in rooms. The shower is small and only with a shower-head that cant be mooved/mountet to wall. Most positive thing is location- which is great!!

Handy , shower leaked a bit but perfectly serviceable for a night exploring the city.

Clean room, helpful staff, good location! Easy to walk to everything from here. If you come during the World Cup, like we did, bring ear plugs to avoid disturbance from late night revelry in the streets. The pillows are too flat and the comforter/duvet was too heavy for the summer weather (even though the air conditioning works well and is adjustable). Otherwise very comfortable. Would stay there again but for those two items!

I couldn't actually stay at this hotel because it has no elevator, so I can't rate the property itself. However, they kindly upgraded me for free to their partner hotel across the street, which was absolutely excellent. Fantastic customer service.

Stayed one night with my two sons. Very convenient location, close to everything. They put in an extra bed for us. Good sized room and bathroom. No lift, as previously mentioned, but the staff were very helpful and carried our bags up and down. Excellent value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed during a heatwave (36C) but slept like babies thanks to the new mattresses and an AC that kept us cool for 3 nights.

Great location to restaurants and the train and bus stations which we used. Air conditioning was great during the heat wave!

Centrally located.

The staff are very friendly and smiley. The room was adequate for what we needed and the central location of this hotel is its best selling point. There is at least one flight of stairs to navigate, so this hotel is only suitable for people who are mobile’ a really great experience overall.

Clean, A/C, great location, reasonable price

A cama nao possuia espuma suficiente para proteger o corpo do contato com as molas. Nao havia vedacao nas janelas para o barulho externo. Quarto no primeiro andar de frente para a rua. Barulho durante toda a noite e logo cedo. E para chegar no primeiro andar precisa enfrentar um lance de escadas de muitos degraus. Espaço do chuveiro muito pequeno. Uma pessoa grande não consegue tomar banho. E a porta do chuveiro estava quebrada, nao fechando direito.
