Excellent place we booked 3 nights daily housekeeping towels changed the breakfast was lovely and attentive staff really good value for money

Perfect place to stay before flying out of Edinburgh. Its best features are the cleanliness of the rooms and it is always warm and cosy in winter - unlike many fancier hotels we have stayed in.

The facilities were clean and suitable for our needs.

No sound proof in the room, can hear clearly what is going on outside the room. Even next room door open sound, phone changing OMG ! Terrible we dnt sleep at all..

Friendly welcome from staff on arrival and the check in was smooth and quick. The room was ideal, clean and fresh with tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed and very quiet. The bathroom/shower room was clean with plenty of clean towels. TV in room.

La propiedad no tiene ascensor y el edificio es de más de un nivel, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, todos los pisos suenan bastante al caminar y hacen ruidos extraños, el desayuno no es muy bueno, lo positivo es que hay bastantes opciones para comer cerca y dejan toallas limpias fuera de tu habitación aunque coloques el aviso de no molestar en la puerta

Clean room and very quiet place It’s quite hard to call uber as it’s far from the central Edinburgh.

Staff friendly, room clean and tidy. Only downside was having to run the shower fir 10 minutes to get hot water.

Petit dej avec une proposition très limitée. Café filtre, jus d'orange pas frais et sans goût. Saucisses pas appétissantes avec l'aspect de pain mouiller. Pour ce qui est de la nuit, la litterie et coussins sont tres bien cependant peu voire pas d'isolation accoustique. L'on a entendu les voitures ainsi que le groupe de ventilation toute la nuit. Egalement tous les passages des autres clients ainsi que leurs conversations. Lorsque vous etes dans le couloir vous entendez l'eau de la douche de la personne dans la chambre... Bref ! Suffisant pour 1 nuit a condition d'avoir le sommeil lourd.
