Hotel staff were very friendly and made us very comfortable. Hotel location is very convenient and easy access to restaurants and shops.

近くにレストランが多く便利でした。

部屋はシンプルだが必要十分なサイズで狭さは感じなかった。ロケーションはZurichHBから徒歩10分程度なので出歩くにも便利。 朝食も品数は多くないもののハム、チーズ、生野菜はあるので必要十分だった。

シャワーの水量が足りない、温度変化も激しく、なかなかお湯が出ない。 地下にあるワインバー兼ショップはナイス。

クレジットカード決済が出来ず、現金で決済しろと言われ、 エクスペディア経由で後で支払いすると言っても聞き入れず。ホテルのクレジット決済の機械の故障にもかかわらず、 この一帯全て故障、タクシーもクレジット決済できないとまで。結局ATMへ行き現金を下ろす羽目に。タクシーはクレジット決済できた。現金を下ろしに行ったのでフライト時刻に 余裕がなかった。このホテルは駄目。掲載すべきでない。

築年数が古いせいか部屋の鍵の開閉に苦労しましたが、何度もスタッフさんに快く対応してもらいました。ようやく一人で扱えるようになったんでまた利用しようかな（笑） とにかくロケーションがいいですね。チューリッヒ中央駅からは近いし、しかもわかりやすい。近くにあるCOOPというスーパーマーケットは早朝６時から２２時まで営業してるので、ちょっとした軽食や水も気軽に購入できます。 治安の面でも安全でしたね。 私は暗くなるまで観光に出かけてましたが、駅からホテルまでの道も危ないと思ったとこはありませんでした。 他の利用者の口コミで部屋が暑い、という情報もありましたがデスクに扇風機も用意されていたので凌げないことはないでしょう。

バスルームが臭いました。下のステーキ屋の臭いが換気扇で回ってくるのかもしれませんが、油臭いというか、あまりいい感じでは無かったです。

一階上のレセプションまでエレベーターがありませんが、部屋は広く快適でした。場所は繁華街にあります。

残念なのは、お部屋にエアコン、冷蔵庫がないことです。お部屋は暑いです。あとは、満足です。

レセプションの女性スタッフは、快活で手際よく大変親切でした。 部屋はクラス的に相応ですが、清潔です。 駅から徒歩でアクセス出来、周辺は、飲食店繁華街路地の風情です。

Just okay. Very nice and convenient location. First staff member was very friendly and gave recommendations, second was rather cold. Overall pricey for the room, yet much cheaper than most in the area.

Breakfast is decent, well attended. Very conviently located, room was small -barebones. 10-15 steps up with luggage to reach the reception. Owner has a tight grip on running this place, efficient.

The room was clean , staff very nice and friendly. But the shower wasn’t pleasant at all. It was getting either so hot or so cold. We couldn’t enjoy the shower to get relaxed , a minute got very hot to the boiling point and a minute after got very cold.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location! Family owned and run. Great service! Will definitely return next time we’re in serve, probably next year.

Good internet, nice breakfast options, great service, fabulous location in old town Zurich!
