とても新しいアパートメントホテルでした。大変快適。

I want to know instruction for facilities of room.

部屋は広く、アパートメントシステム長期滞在に向くホテルです。IHコンロ、オーブン、食器洗い機、料理器具、食器、コーヒーマシンまでありました。（ワイン用コルク抜きは無）近くにはスーパーが３軒あり、買い物にもとても便利です。市電の駅も歩いて２分。使い勝手が良いホテルですが長期滞在用のためか、タオルは５日以上でないと交換がありません。また、季節の変わり目の頃だらか冷房から暖房への切り替えができずお部屋が寒かったです。せっかくのエアコンの意味がありませんでした。

Very clean. The clerk is very kind. Kitchen facilities are substantial.

空港から一本、Rennwig駅から徒歩5分、路面電車の駅も近く、非常に使いやすい宿でした。宿もきれいで、非常に過ごしやすかったです。キッチンも使いやすいです。 エスプレッソマシンと食洗機の使い方があったらよかったです。また、油・塩・胡椒等調味料が無かったので自分で用意する必要があります。

スタッフの方がすごく親切で、お部屋もすごく綺麗で言うことなしでした！

清掃が、毎日のシステムでは、無い形式のHOTELさんでした。全て、殆ど、HOTELさんの良い、スムーズな点ばかりでしたが、その清掃の無い期間のタオル交換の希望だけが難点でした。

Huoneistohotelli, jossa olen yöpynyt pari kertaa. Muuten hyvä, mutta yksi iso miinus: Hotelli vaatii 100€ takuumaksun, joka palautetaan vieraan lähdettyä (katevaraus poistui lähtöpäivän iltana n. klo 17 aikaan). Summa on isoin mihin olen missään törmännyt, enkä valitettavasti varmaan yövy täällä toiste sen vuoksi. Huoneessa on espressokone, joka ei toisella käynnillä toiminut, eikä siitä ollut mainintaa (yritin tunnin saada sitä toimimaan).

Çok temiz, çok saki ve tatlı bir otel. Tekrar gelirsem yine kalırım kesinlikle. Çok teşekkür ederim her şey için. A very clean, quiet, and lovely hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you very much for everything.

Très bel appartement avec deux balcons. Peut-être un peu plus d'ustensiles serait apprecié. Le personnel a été tres accommodant et gentil. Tout était proche: 3 épiceries, le tram en bas de l'hôtel, des restos, une boucherie. Vienne est une très belle ville et le transport y est vraiment super ! Séjour vraiment très agréable !!!

The check in was flawless with a real human showing us to our unit. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The mattress was great even for one with back issues. I would highly recommend.

The studio has everything you need. Staff is welcoming, nice and helpful. There is a very convenient laundry room in the building. Close to the central station.

Wieder alles prima, gewünschtes Zimmer bekommen,Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand, Personal Wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wunderbares Stadthotel, sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht alles prima mit den Öffis.

Our Park View Apartement was really comfortable and quiet! Large closets, luggage racks, dinning table, small kitchen but with all we needed, 2 tv's, large bathroom, balcony to relax, close to supermarket, close to tram. We felt at home. We recommend!

Superbe hôtel. Le lit est très bon. Le canapé lit est confortable mais grince lorsque l’on bouge. Rideaux occultants + volet roulant pour une bonne obscurité. Très propre et calme. Très bien équipé. Personnel très agréable et disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons apprécié l’arrivée autonome en dehors des heures d’ouverture de l’accueil. Nous recommandons !
