ホスピタリティーの素晴らしいホテルです。今回は、一日だけの滞在でしたが、次回は連泊したいホテルです。お部屋の暖房が途中で切れてしまいまい、寒かったですが、それ以外は、パーフェクトなホテルです、

中心地から少し離れており、落ち着いたエリアです。近くにはお買い物スポット（観光地のようなものではない）もあり、オシャレなカフェやレストランもたくさんあります。 治安を心配せず歩けるエリアです。 ホテルのコンディションはとても良く綺麗ですし、朝ごはんもおいしいです。 上のフロアにあるバーからの眺めもサービスも素敵です。 スタッフはとても親切です。

新しく、とても清潔で設備も整ったホテル。観光から帰ってくると毎日クッキーが部屋に置かれていて心遣いがうれしかった。気持ちよく滞在できました。朝食も充実していておいしい。大変おすすめです。

We had such a nice stay at their hotel. All the staff were helpful, and room was cozy and clean. No problem with WiFi and hot shower. Only one thing is that the hotel is located at the top on the hill. It’s tough to go up taking stairs from the city center especially with this high altitude.

We had a great room. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and went out of their way to help. Great breakfast every morning.

This little boutique hotel is centrally located. What makes this hotel stand out is the people who work there. They are beyond helpful. Employees like Lenin are the stars of the show. Always there to help. The breakfast is very nice with a decent assortment of things to eat. The rooms were very clean and mostly simple. The hotel is central to the art area called San Blas. The price is very attractive and was worth more in my book.

Great hotel. Lovely position in San Blas. Staff are amazing (Thank you Melinda & Lenin). Rooms are comfy and clean and the bathroom has a nice big shower.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely location looking over Cusco. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Room is spacious, bed is big and comfy and the bathroom perfect. Highly recommended!

Great place with a great staff

We had an amazing stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even before arriving in Cusco, the hotel already impressed us by coordinating our airport transfer for only $10. We reserved it through their WhatsApp, and when we landed, the taxi was already waiting for us at the airport. That level of organization immediately made our arrival stress-free. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Erika, who truly set the tone for our stay. She offered us tea right away and took the time to explain which teas help with altitude sickness, which was incredibly thoughtful. She was very patient and thorough when explaining everything; WiFi, breakfast, tours, and general recommendations. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring Cusco. The breakfast staff were also wonderful; kind, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options including fresh fruits, drinks, cook-to-order eggs, and many more. Everything was fresh and well prepared. A big shoutout as well to the other front desk staff, Lenin and Melinda, who were just as amazing. This place was awesome! The staff was very helpful & accommodating. The breakfast was so yummy (& with vegan options) - including mango, avocado, chia seed pudding, omelets, pancakes, fresh banana bread, & more! It’s def worth staying up some extra steps for the view and quietness of San Blas!
