フロントのスタッフさんは皆すごく丁寧に対応してくれます。マチュピチュへ行く前日に宿泊しました。前日に夕食を食べ終えてホテルに戻ると、フロントよスタッフさんがマチュピチュまでのバスやマチュピチュの詳しいことや帰りのペルーレイルのことまで教えてくれました。帰りのペルーレイルの時間がマチュピチュから降りてきてあまり余裕のない時間だったので、もし間に合わなそうだったら荷物届けるよとまで言ってくれました。もちろんにもつも預かってくれます。 しかし、シャワーのお湯がでない！すごく清潔だけどお湯がでませんでした(一応お湯出るけどぬるすぎて冷える)。朝、晩は冷え込むので本当に寒かったです。スリッパがなく床も全面タイル張りなので足元から冷えます。冷え性の人はきついと思います。 マチュピチュ駅や広場から道も単純でそこまで離れていないですが、坂道なので荷物が多かったりキャリーバッグを持ってる方はしんどいかもしれないです。 英語ができるスタッフさんがいます。 ちなみに、私はペルーレイルに乗ったのでインカレイルはわからないですが、荷物は一つじゃなくても乗れますし、キャリーバッグを持ってきている人もいました(結構大きめ)。ただ、マチュピチュ村は坂道が多くホテルも坂の途中に沢山あるので運ぶのが大変だと思います。

El check in fue un tanto atropellado. No siempre hay alguien en recepción. No obstante, en general despues todo fluyó bien.

Good staff, convenient location. Bathroom door needs to be fixed, when we arrive the window was opened and there were bugs in the bed sheets. A lot of noise from another guest in the hallway.

Check in was a mess. They seemed to be having a problem with their check in system and a lot of other people were also waiting to check in. Once we were able to check in there were no towels available for the room. The WiFi did not work for the entire stay. On the plus side they did have good "strong" coffee at the included breakfast.

Tried to get some rest in during the afternoon. I understand this is not after hours, but the maids were a floor above jamming to music sounding like they were having a party and not working.

Hotell der flest rom har vindu inn mot gangen, som kan åpnes fra gangen. Veldig kaldt og høy fuktighet, ikke noe oppvarming. Helt grei frokost. Sov meget dårlig der, vil ikke anbefale.

Seems like a family run facility. The room was average; no where close to what is shown in pictures. There was no hot water for shower.

The bathroom was covered and black mold my friend and I got sick after leaving this hotel room. No one should ever stay at this hotel. Besides the health risks you put yourself in we had a room right next to the stairs with a giant window where every time someone walks up the stairs the light turns on. Also they own a restaurant next door where they blast music till 11:00 even when there is no customers keeping you awake at night when you have to get up early to get your bus from Machu Picchu do yourself a favor and never stay here
