Great place

It was so special !!! They upgraded us to a suite and we didn’t even tell them it was our anniversary! It was awesome!!! Everyone gave top tier service!!! Would highly recommend!!! The meals from the restaurant were delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Expect a bs “resort charge” to unexpectedly show up in your credit card.

Great rooms and amazing hotel!

The Josie hotel was pretty empty when we stayed. Service was fine a big shout out to the chamber maids who do a great job. Internet and TV is a pain would be nice to have warning coffee available instead of in room espresso machine

Modern, comfortable rooms with great views of the mountain.

Windows were dirty but the rest of the stay was excellent. Loved it.

This was a lovely stay and I recommend the experience. The restaurant is good, the hotel is slope side and the staff is friendly.

It’s practically brand new so everything is in great shape. We had a suite so it was very lovely. The bathroom was enormous. Could have used some tea bags along with coffee pods and the body lotion was empty, but we lived, lol. Just lovely and we enjoyed chatting with our breakfast server too.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was amazingly clean. The only complaint is the mattress was extremely soft and bouncy.

Beautiful property with modern vibe. Quite quiet in the off season. Service in the restaurant was very slow even though there were only 3 tables with guests.

What I didn't like was a destination fee of 20 dollars, I guess is like Las Vegas resort fee. Also they should have waved covered parking because of all the construction in the area with very limited parking near by.

The staff were really nice and the room is exactly as it was described. The bathroom was bigger than most Parisian hotel rooms. It has central air, not a noisy AC unit attached to the side of the room. It's definitely a big step up from most other hotels in the area. You'll pay twice as much to stay in Nelson for a much lower quality room (Summer Rates).
