Due to the train schedule, I happened to arrive in Chamonix 3 hours before check-in time. I would have been happy with leaving my luggage, but they offered a room available when asking them. I really appreciated that.

本当は⭐︎5つ。 なぜ？ 一名のスタッフの対応… 日本人が嫌いなのか、アジア人が嫌いなのか、私が気に入らないのか… まあ対応が素晴らしい… 今までいろいろな国を訪れ、いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、初めて！！ お部屋は可愛くて、他のスタッフさんは楽しくて、朝食は毎日ほぼ同じだけど許せて、ジャグジー&サウナは本当におすすめ。 バルコニーからの眺めもモンブラン側ではないにせよ、いやいや素敵。 バスタブ付きの写真どおりのお部屋で満足です。 あ！冷蔵庫は扉が壊れていて使えませんでした… ただし、バルコニーに置いておけば冷蔵庫以上に冷えたので問題なしとします。 電子レンジが自由に使えるのもポイント高し。

マウンテンビューの部屋やテラスからモンブラン始めアルプスの山々が間近に見られ、最高の3日間を過ごすことができました。従業員の皆さんもフレンドリーで、快適な空間でした。

スタッフは親切、施設は大変清潔、雰囲気は最高でした。

近くに美味しいレストランも多く、便利でした。ファミリールームも2段ベッド＋メインベッドで4人家族にはちょうど良いです。

Walking distance to downtown Chamonix, very kind and supportive staff. A beautiful breakfast. The hotel is strongly recommended for a long vacation

Absolutely beautiful. Small room but it was the perfect cozy space to begin and end our trip as we hiked the TMB. Great location just outside the center of town so you only had to walk a minute to get to the Main Street for restaurants and shops. Also an amazing view of Mont Blanc as you wake up! Recommend 100 out of 10. Staff was extremely helpful and caring.

The room was clean and they had left me a message and the code to get into the hotel because I arrived late to the hotel.

Not recommend anyone to stay here. It was not even cheap. Everything at the house is old, used and not maintained.

Beautiful hotel with large clean rooms, and welcoming staff. Location brilliant as very central. Highly recommend.

The entire property is pristine! Staff so welcoming, breakfast buffet abundant with fresh in season fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, pastry and even a clever way to make your own soft or hard cooked eggs! Loved the ambiance, and close to anything you want to see or do. The only downside was the parking is not on site, but that seems to be typical in the area. It was only a few minutes walk away. There was a billiard table in the common room, but only available to use for a fee which was disappointing. Otherwise we LOVED out stay & would come back!!

Helpful stuff and good breakfast

The hotel was well situated in town and very clean. There were amazing views of Mont Blanc, too! We took advantage of the laundry service, which was great - fast and cheap. We had a problem with the parking...we reserved outdoor parking for our stay only to find, upon arrival, that the street to the hotel was under construction and not accessible. We did not receive any warning about this and had to find public parking a short distance away. Plus we had to drag our luggage through the muddy access road since there was no sidewalk or secondary access. Also, take note if your room faces the front of the hotel - there are holiday lights across the balcony that blink on and off all night long. It's not an issue if you can keep the door closed, but if you - like us - need to keep the doors open because the hotel doesn't have A/C, the disco-like light show is very disruptive.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast and great service from the staff. We would stay here again when we visit Chamonix.
