Due to the train schedule, I happened to arrive in Chamonix 3 hours before check-in time. I would have been happy with leaving my luggage, but they offered a room available when asking them. I really appreciated that.

本当は⭐︎5つ。 なぜ？ 一名のスタッフの対応… 日本人が嫌いなのか、アジア人が嫌いなのか、私が気に入らないのか… まあ対応が素晴らしい… 今までいろいろな国を訪れ、いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、初めて！！ お部屋は可愛くて、他のスタッフさんは楽しくて、朝食は毎日ほぼ同じだけど許せて、ジャグジー&サウナは本当におすすめ。 バルコニーからの眺めもモンブラン側ではないにせよ、いやいや素敵。 バスタブ付きの写真どおりのお部屋で満足です。 あ！冷蔵庫は扉が壊れていて使えませんでした… ただし、バルコニーに置いておけば冷蔵庫以上に冷えたので問題なしとします。 電子レンジが自由に使えるのもポイント高し。

マウンテンビューの部屋やテラスからモンブラン始めアルプスの山々が間近に見られ、最高の3日間を過ごすことができました。従業員の皆さんもフレンドリーで、快適な空間でした。

スタッフは親切、施設は大変清潔、雰囲気は最高でした。

近くに美味しいレストランも多く、便利でした。ファミリールームも2段ベッド＋メインベッドで4人家族にはちょうど良いです。

Walking distance to downtown Chamonix, very kind and supportive staff. A beautiful breakfast. The hotel is strongly recommended for a long vacation

A very nice lodge with a lot of rustic charm. The staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly in all possible ways. The room is small but comfortable. Good full breakfast. The price seems a little high but is probably in line with the market. A very enjoyable experience.

Localization - Excelente Room clean Room for 4 persons

Les tarifs pratiqués sont totalement injustifiés 500€ la nuit pour 3 personnes !!!! au regard des prestations fournies : • Salle de bain vieillissante , rideau de douche mm pas de de paroi, sèche-cheveux ne soufflant que très peu Chambre minuscule pour trois personnes Petit-déjeuner à 15 € absolument scandaleux : trois yaourts, aucun choix, sans parler d un mini bar inexistant Parking à 20 € alors que l’accès extérieur était gelé et non déneigé, ce qui relève d’un manque de sécurité évident Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été clairement surfacturés pour un service bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité/prix est inacceptable et ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus d’un établissement sérieux. Cette expérience est très décevante et je ne manquerai pas d’en tenir compte dans mes futures recommandations.
