エアコンが無いので夏は暑いかもしれません。ただ大きな扇風機がありました。 部屋は綺麗でとても良かったです！ シャワールームが狭いのだけが残念でした。

The hotel staff were very kind and made our stay comfortable. It’s rare to find a hotel that accommodates a family of five at a reasonable price, and for us this was the perfect choice in both location and value.

最上階のお部屋になってしまい、階段なしの6階でした。上下移動は大変でしたが、スタッフが荷物を運び入れてくれましたので、何とかなりました。狭いですが、お部屋は清潔で、清掃はしっかりできていました。 パディントン駅から歩いてすぐなので、とても便利です。

Staff members are so friendly. There was a shower water problem, but that was very kind him to fix it shortly so that I was able to enjoy comfortable shower. I would like to stay this hotel again when I visit London next time.

値段に見合ったホテル。 立地は最高！ エレベーターがないので、荷物の上げ下ろしが大変でした。チェックインの順番に部屋の階が決まるとフロントが言っていたため、下の方の階に泊まりたいなら早めのチェックインをお薦めします。 チェックアウト当日の荷物預かりは、14:00までが無料、その後は有料です。 立地は大変良く、値段に見合ったホテルだと思います。 私は屋根部屋に泊まりましたが、景色は良く、荷物のこと以外は楽しめました。シャワーの出、トイレ等設備に問題はありませんでした。 セーフティボックスはありません。ルームメイクはありませんでしたが、タオルは留守中に持ってきてくれていました。ホテルの出入りのチェックは厳重でした。（値段の割には） 近所の地元の人が集まるようなカフェの朝ごはんが美味しかったです。元旦なのに開いていました。 帰国の際、空港に行くのに便利だと思いこのホテルにしました。実際、エリザベスライン1本、３０分で空港まで行けます。パディントンの駅はスーパーやお土産物を売っている店もあり、最後にばら撒き土産を買うのにも役立ちました。

虫が大量に発生していて毎日駆除していました。 TVはインターネット経由のTVですが、頻繁に接続が切れるため使えません。 窓のブラインドも壊れていて閉めることができませんでした。 シャワーは冷水か熱湯しか出ません。

Good location, great staff. Had an issue with the shower and they fixed it straight away.

A short but enjoyable return stay. Staff both friendly and very helpful. Will be back again.

This is a budget hotel more like a large house. Our room had 3 beds very clean bedding but marked carpet and very small bathroom. The Pafding area is great with many restaurants and walking in Little Venice.

Yes, it’s located at the perfect location, the train are 8 minutes away, one train ride away from the Heathrow airport . They are so caring and loving as hosts . I have no notes just so easy!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times because they offer good prices during the week, the bedding & bathrooms are always clean & the hotel has been quite with no annoying guests when I have stayed and the reception staff are always courteous & friendly

Lovely spot. We have stayed there twice now with our family of 5. Very close to Paddington station, so you can take the train directly from Heathrow. Great location for exploring London too. Nice staff, clean, and safe.

As the cost was so reasonable I wasn't expecting much, but this was clean, quite, comfy and had all the essentials. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in London and not wanting to pay a lot.

Europa House is perfectly located for Paddington, Hyde Park, Edgware Road and beyond. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
