大変居心地の良いアパートメントでした。観光地やレストランに行くにも近いので本当に便利でした。

レセプションが限られた時間しか空いていないのは不便だった

すぐ近くにフードコート（地下にスーパー）もあり，バレッタのほとんどの観光地に徒歩で行けます．すぐ隣が教会ですが，鐘の音もほとんど気になりません．部屋も清潔でシャワーの強さや温度も特に問題ありません．フロントがないのもかえって気が楽です．他の口コミで指摘されているように朝食エリアは狭いですが，早めに行くと空いています．朝食対応のスタッフは愛想がよく好印象です．基本的にはお勧めのホテルですが，事前の問い合わせは完全に無視されますので，何か気になることがあっても自力でどうにかする必要があります．info@roosendaal.com.mt，pjp@roosendaal.com.mtにメール，ホテルホームページからも問い合わせをしましたが，一切返事がありませんでした．

2019.12.26 場所：首都バレッタの真ん中で、騎士団長の館や、賑わっている通りや、マルタらしい可愛い小道もホテルを出た瞬間に味わえて、とても便利。かつ静か。 お部屋：玄関が広々として、 キッチン：色んな食器、コーヒーメーカー、湯沸かし器、包丁、レンジもあって暮らせるレベル。玄関と一緒になっててとても広々床のタイルも可愛い 部屋の窓：鐘がすぐ目の前に見えて昼も夜も最高でした。音が綺麗でした。 お風呂：広くて、清潔で、良い香りのボディクリーム 朝ゴパン：全て美味しい、ここで出してくれていたエクレア？みたいなのがマルタで食べた食べ物の中で一番美味しかった。 スタッフ：親切にバレッタの見所を教えてくれて、優しい美人さんだった。出入り業者の大工さん？も優しくて色々手伝ってくれた。

This hotel is located in the center of Valletta, so it was very good to stay and sightseeing There is a supermarket nearby so you can buy food and have dinner in the kitchen

お部屋もホテル内もすごく快適で綺麗！！スタッフの方もとても優しく、英語が苦手な私はとても頼りになりました。 個人で頼んだツアー会社のお迎えが来なく、相手の電話も英語がよく分からなかったのでホテルのスタッフさんに交代してもらったら、分かりやすい回答を頂け一安心。 お部屋はメゾネットで夫婦と20歳の息子の３人で泊まるには最高の広さと間取りでした。お掃除は毎日とても綺麗に行き届いた清掃をして頂けました。 朝食のクロワッサンは最高！ 多分６組ほどしか泊まれないこのホテルは、騒がしくなく、すぐに買い物にも出れてアクセスが良かったです。 すぐそばに大きなスーパーとフードコート付きの素敵なお店があり、毎日利用しました。しいて言うなら、屋上のジェットバスの中を掃除して貰えると使えたなと思いました。プラスの希望で温水ならなお最高！ バレッタのバスターミナルもとても近く、次回行くならまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです！

とにかく便利な場所にありました。世界遺産の街バレッタの中にあります。 屋上からの眺めが最高です。

The property is in a good location, easy walk to any sites and restaurants in Valetta. The building is nicely designed, and intimate with only a handful of guests. Room is spacious and well-appointed. (A couple oddities: the mirror in the bathroom is tinted black/smoked glass, so you cannot see yourself clearly. Also no electrical outlet in the bathroom for blow-drying.) Breakfast was delicious, ample and server was very attentive. Staff on-site were keen to provide bottomless bottled water. Biggest gap is that the phone number they provide for 24/7 customer service is unattended, and went to a mailbox that was full. As a guest, shouldn't have to chase customer service.

Super friendly and lovely hotel. Just a stone’s throw from every thing. Just be aware of the church bells. The start ringing at 08.00.

This was my first stay in a Boutique Hotel. I was happy that there is an elevator. My room was very large included a tv watching area, a kitchenette, & coffee station, a fairly large bathroom. Unfortunately my room had no view except for the courtyard. I found that the staff were all very nice & included breakfast was adequate. Rooms are made up everyday which is nice. Other niceties include a rooftop tiny pool, Friday evening cocktails on roof, daily bottles of water & a bottle of wine. Hotel is close to dining & shopping just be prepared to walk on hilly cobblestone streets.

Booked last minute as my other accommodations cancelled, and couldn’t be happier! Beautiful room, nice central location, and gorgeous rooftop views. But most impressive was the service from Neil, who went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect.

This hotel says that it is a 4 star but it is not. We encountered several issues whilst staying there. Hotel issues: - The electrics in the room were problematic. The light switch would turn on/off another light in a completely different part of the apartment. This was extremely frustrating and was known about when they showed us the room. It became unsafe when using the shower and suddenly pitch black. The plugs were also not quite right. - The sliding door in bathroom is incredibly stiff and needs attention. It was very annoying and slow to open and close each time. - Water comes out of flush toilet plate - Construction noise + men on scaffolding on the same level as us so didn’t feel comfortable sitting there - The breakfast was not good - yoghurts given to us had a strange lumpy texture and expired that day. Not great variety of fruits. Bread not toasted etc. low standard of food. If you want a relaxing stay I would avoid this hotel until the construction is completed (this could be years) as it is very loud and the rooms are not sound proofed. It is however in a good location and rooms are modern apart from the issues. I have emailed the hotel about a partial refund and they agreed but when Expedia contacted them they refused. Do not trust this company.

This is hands down the nicest (not necessarily fanciest) hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is incredible generous (especially Benita and Neil) and the amenities blow my mind. The location is perfect, the rooms are huge and the attention to detail is beyond belief. I can not possibly speak highly enough of this hidden gem!

Loved our breakfast, the hot fresh bread daily was delicious! Great location close to attractions, and a street away from busy Merchant St. Our hosts were helpful and ensured everything went smoothly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Valletta. The team were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and there were so many brilliant restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!

Parfait

Very central; nice room. Next to a church so one wakes up at 7:45 with the church bells - that's expected in central Valletta with so many churches anyway. Some minor issues with shower (couldn't switch to overhead shower) but nothing major. Staff were super friendly and attentive: they left a bottle of wine in the room, invited us for cocktails on the rooftop (we couldn't attend unfortunately), there's port and whiskey available in the lobby, and they brought us some chocolates to the room on Valentine's day!

Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Allt fungerade klanderfritt, rummen var stora och städningen var mycket bra. Vi kommer tillbaka
